When entering LagunaVilla, there is a great dining space that overlooks the Laguna Madre Bay. It features a farmhouse dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or pulling up a bar stool to enjoy a quick snack,

LIVING AREA
The living area offers a full size couch, two love seats, a wall mounted streaming television, and access to the street side balcony.

3 BEDROOMS / 2 BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 7)
The first bedroom is located on the bay side of the house with views of the Laguna Madre. It has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, closet storage, and it s own air conditioned comfort system with separate controls.
The kids bunk room is located off the main living area and has a twin over full bed configuration, and closet storage. The top twin bunk is more suited for a child and not recommended for adults. The bunk room is next to the common area full bathroom with shower.
The Primary en-suite features a queen bed, closet space, and a large full bathroom with shower.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present on property.
Maximum occupancy is Seven (7), Sleeps 7. No more than 7 overnight guests.

This is a NO Pet home
Keep ALL vehicles on the property in the four parking space.
Please do NOT park in the street, in the yard or neighbors property.
There is NO garage access
Quiet time is at 10PM - 8AM and is enforced
