Imagine a vintage Hawaiian studio with one of the best views of the blue Pacific and you have Kapaâa Sands 13. This retreat features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher for your convenience. There is also a poolside BBQ area for your enjoyment. This home away from home is located on the upper floor, making it very desirable. Enjoy your meals, watch the sunrise or spy the sea life going by all from your oceanfront lanai. Kapaâa Sands is built on the site of an old Shinto Shrine and features one of the original temple stones on property. Itâs a unique, oceanfront property with only 24 units. Every condo and studio is a corner retreat with louvered windows on three sides allowing the tradewinds to blow through the retreat. Visitors have been making this their âhome baseâ for many years. Many return yearly, and Kapaâa Sands 13 is one of their favorite units to call home.
Conveniently located within walking distance to casual dining, unique shopping, and a weekly farmerâs market. A short drive to water activities to the Wailua River, hiking the Sleeping Giant and swimming in Morganâs Ponds at Lydgate Beach Park.
There couldnât be a better location for a Hawaiian vacation!
