Incredible ocean views from this direct oceanfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo on the 12th floor of Brighton oceanfront building, located in Kingston Resort. The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

* Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets)

We are a great time at this beautiful condo. Very open, airy and bright and the ocen views from every window were amazing. Highly recommend this unit in Brighton Towers! Wonderful.

Everything was awesome! The balcony was the perfect spot. You can watch the oceanfront sunrise and watch the beautiful sunset from the wrap around balcony. The decor is beautiful and everything you need on the vacation was supplied. The host was very responsive to requests and questions. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Back to Myrtle

The room was very clean and the property was great. Beach wasn’t too crowded for being peak season. Parking facilities were also conveniently located. I would recommend this room to anyone. It was our first time back to Myrtle after going to Florida the last few years. Even with a newborn we had a wonderful time! The hosts were very attentive with anything that we needed!

Excellent property and location

Great location on 12th floor oceanfront. Huge wraparound balcony. Large family room with ample seating for our family of 5. AC was having an issue but this was remedied quickly. Nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Overall an excellent place and would stay again.

Great property!

I have stayed on Kingston and in Brighton itself on many occasions. This is by far one of the best properties I have rented. The pictures don't do the balcony justice and it was where we spent most of our time! The property management company uses an app for communication and check in which made things very simple, and was able to easily request an early check in. Would definitely rent again!

Great location

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Brighton 1202! It was a perfect condo for 4 adults with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a fantastic wrap around porch! We sat outside even while a storm passed and it was nice to have the covered roof. After the storm passed, you could see all the way down the coast to the ferris wheel at the pavilion! Saturday night we sat outside and enjoyed the band playing down at the Apache Pier. We reported an issue with one of the toilets and Chanda responded immediately to say a handyman was on the way. Problem was resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
