These RV hookups are a perfect place to relax on the Colorado River. Amazing fishing access and 3 miles from the beach.

~sewage & water
**will be building a pier/deck and each RV hookup will have their own fishing light**
OPEN FOR BOTH LONG TERM OR NIGHTLY
Located next door to our 4bed/3bath home for those larger families or friend groups that would like both!
PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR LONG TERM RENTAL AS PRICING WILL BE DIFFERENT!!
$400/MONTH (long term)
âąplus utilities
âąsewage is $60 a month
âąelectric usage will be due for monthly rates at the end of each month.
âącustomer will submit a security deposit for monthly stays. Deposit is fully refundable pending no damages or unpaid charges.
