A new cleaning crew is needed! We walked in the house and I immediately found a large dead roach, a dead wasp and a live wasp! Thanks for the can of Raid bug killer left on the book case. The ceramic tiles in the first floor bathroom were pulling away from the walls, mildew was on the grout and wicking air freshener was no longer fragrant and the wicks were mildewed. Someone please wash the bathroom floor mat. Towels looked well worn, too, so maybe new towels would help. The red couch in the first floor living area had seat cushions that are so flat they offer no support. It made it difficult to get up because I sunk so far down and back. I learned to sit only in the newer red floral chairs. A coffee table would have been helpful to provide a place to put down a drink. The clock on the mantle didnât work. The wall panels were separating making the room look like it was cheaply put up. Kind of depressing overall. The bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom wasnât very comfortable and the door bumped into the bed. The whole house looked uncared for and the head clearance on entering the house was way too low for anyone over 5â10â. Even with the write upâs warning one had to be vigilant not to hit the head. On the PLUS side were the beautiful views from the balconies. In fact itâs the only reason we didnât leave after the first night. Overall this house might be a good fit for a group of fishermen who only need a place to drink beers on the balcony sleep.
