Located within the Purgatory Townhomes, this renovated and stylish condo offers a prime location within walking distance of the slopes at Purgatory Ski Resort. The beautifully furnished first-floor unit provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, you'll find an array of activities at the resort, including the thrilling alpine slide and the exciting snow coaster. The welcoming living room is adorned with a wood fireplace and provides access to a back patio with seating and views of the surrounding Aspen trees. The well-equipped open kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, and the dining area offers seating for 4, complemented by bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. The Master Bedroom is a serene retreat with a sumptuous king bed, a private full bath, and access to the front patio. Bedroom 2 is perfect for the kids, featuring a full over full bunk bed along with a twin trundle. This room also includes a comfortable sitting area with a couch and a TV, in addition to patio access for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Counter tops, floors, and bathroom were clean when we arrived. While sheets on beds appeared to be clean, comforters, pillows, and blankets smelled musty and sour.Description was 1 king bed, two twin beds and a twin bunk bed. In reality there is a king bed, a twin bunk bed and ONE twin trundle under the bunk bed. There are 3 twin beds, not 4. The pullout couch is too worn-out to sleep on - mattress is thin and curls up at the top. All living room upholstered furniture is stained and desperately in need of deep cleaning. Finally, the photos of the property indicate that it is in a different building. The outdoor pictures make it appear to be a single building, when in fact it is located in a building with multiple units.
