Great stay

The house was excellent. It is a very close to a public beach access and the house itself was perfect for our stay. I would recommend this house to others.

Relaxing little spot

Only a half block from the beach, allows gold cart rentals, nice sized outdoor shower and wrap around deck. Had 4 family members and a pooch. All of us had a wonderful time.

Great location, already broken furniture

The house was perfect, one block from the beach, amazing shaded porch, very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. My ONLY complaint is that 5 chairs (the four Adirondack chairs outside and one kitchen chair) were already broken when we got there. The shower in the main bedroom was also broken when we got there. I will not be pleased if I get charged for this as these things were already broken. Otherwise, great stay and wonderful home. Thank you!

The salt air and sunshine certainly take a toll on the integrity of outdoor plastic furnishings. There has been no issue found with the primary shower and it is working properly. Should you encounter similar items during a future stay please don't hesitate to contact our office and we will be happy to address promptly. Island Gossip

This property needs a desperate update. The furniture stinks and is dirty. The beds are harder than sleeping on a concrete floor. My Dad slipped in the Master shower and busted his leg open because it needs to be refinished. It was musty when we got in there and had to open it up and turn the AC on while spraying Lysol everywhere. I would not recommend this property to anyone. RK

Island Gossip is a home that has been loved by many visitors over the years, and we are sorry that you did not have the same experience. Should you encounter any items that are unsatisfactory upon arriving to one of our properties in the future please don't hesitate to contact our office so that we can't promptly rectify issues. The homeowners have ordered a new couch; however, due to supply chain issues it will not be delivered until February 2023. Since your stay, we have steam cleaned the living room furniture. Mattress comfort is certainly a subjective area in our industry, but we will share your feedback with the owners as they move forward with any other off-season updates. We are so sorry to hear about your father and hope that he has fully recovered. This is the first report received regarding the condition of the master shower. We have placed a non-slip mat in that bathroom for future use. We would love to invite you back for a more enjoyable stay during any season. We are always a phone call away!
