In our storage building you will find a large propane grill, extension cord, water hose, and 10 outdoor chairs for you to use at the house. You can also store your coolers, beach toys and fishing tackle in shed so you don't have to worry about it overnight.
Our Neighborhood is under construction but we have hurricane windows and doors that provide additional insulation and soundproofing from outside noise. Workers usually wrap up around 4 pm and weekends are pretty quiet.
If your party is larger than 10 people please message us to see if our sister house next door is available to rent as well. You could have 2 houses next to each other allowing up to 20 guests with ample parking for a lot of trucks and boats. I have a ring camera outside under covered parking area that is recording.

We are a family of 5 and we love boating, camping, and fishing.
Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
This property is right for you because everything is fresh and new at this time. Texas Tides is centrally located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. It is much cheaper to stay at our place in our brand new home and drive 12 miles to the ferry to Port A beach. There will be a pool with boat wash station completed this summer. It will be really nice going to beach one day and then hanging by the pool the next day.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Covered Parking for many vehicles or several big trucks and boats. Not many places offer parking for 3 trucks and 3 boats and have a place to store all your gear. Parking is covered and provides shade while loading gear to head out fishing or swimming at beach. There are 4 bunk beds that will hold adults up to 225 lbs. King size suite for the master bedroom and queen size in guest room. There is also a pull out sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Dining table seats for but there is a leaf and two more chairs in master closet to accommodate more people at table.
