Welcome to Blue Pearl!

This beautiful remodeled 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home located on the Canals of Key Allegro at Bay House Condos is perfect for a large family and friends get-away. You will have beautiful views of the Canal! With a private Boat Slip right in front of the home you are minutes away from fishing the beautiful waters of Rockport!

Upon entering the beautiful Kitchen and Living Room, the lovely Canal views are immediately visible through the windows. Enjoy family fun night after a long day at the Beach and stream everyone's favorite Movie on the comfy couch (Cable & Streaming provided)!

Grab a glass of Wine and enjoy the Canal views from the Patio - Perfect for catching a beautiful sunset at night or an early sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee! The Patio has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a private Boat Slip just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes a Dual Regular Drip/Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of ground coffee, creamer and sugar), Stainless Steel Appliances, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc.

The Master Bedroom off the Kitchen has a King bed and private Bathroom with a tub/shower combo and separate Sink area.

The 2nd Bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen beds and a private patio with beautiful views of the Canal.

The 3rd Bedroom upstairs has a Full size bed.

The Hall Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, double sinks and walk in closet.

We also provide several items for the Beach for your convenience -Towels, Beach Toys, Wagon and 1 Beach Umbrella.

Blue Pearl is located at Bay House Condos in Key Allegro which offers three gated Swimming Pools and a Tennis Court for guests to use! There are also 5 fish cleaning stations located along the canals and 24 Hour Boat parking.

The home is a few minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton areas along with Rockport's Cove Harbor Marina and the Aransas Pass Conn Brown Marina - both with boat launches and bait stands. Enjoy spending time eating out at several wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses. The Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and never crowded. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The grand kids enjoyed fishing off the deck and even caught a few fish. The host was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Last minute gem

We booked this a week and a half before our trip and it was a gem of a find. It was the perfect size for our family as each adult couple had their own room with room for the kids. Great location between Fulton and Rockport. So conveniently located close to the spots we needed most like the Fulton Pier, Rockport Beach, restaurants, and HEB. Fishing off of the boat slip was fun for the kids as it wasn’t busy and plenty of smaller fish to keep them entertained. Melissa was an exceptional host and the property had everything we needed.

Nice & Quiet Getaway but close to beach. Would stay again!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay! We loved that it is very kid friendly-a Graco pack n play with all the attachments, a high chair, plastic foodware, pool noodles, beach wagon and sand toys (super nice!), 2 large beach chairs (also super nice and heavy duty), and the large beach towels for everyone. This is a quick 5-7 minute drive to Rockport Beach, and can easily purchase the 10 daily parking pass. Our kids (ages 8 years to 2 months) loved Grandma B's Sweet Treats that is right down the road. Our older 3 loved fishing off the dock and catching the little fish. No big catches but they were thrilled with all the little ones and also enjoyed watching them jump out of the water! The pool is also conveniently located and we were usually the only ones in it. A couple recommendations: 1. the gas grill was not usable which was disappointing. It appeared to have not been cleaned numerous times and the grates are caked with old food and grease. Grill brush had also seen some better days. Definitely a fire hazard if anyone tries to use it, there's no way for the heat to come up through the grates as it's completely clogged. 2. A couple of the outdoor patio chairs were broken. Luckily we didn't use them except to hang our wet towels and swimsuits out to dry. 3. Some nice and easy additions to the kitchen utensils: a pair of scissors (also used for cutting zips ties and opening water toys etc), oven mitts for removing hot trays from oven instead of the towel.
Grill grates need replacing or a thorough deep clean. And new grill brush.

Broken chair- and piece was actually sitting in the side table.
Used a table knife to scrape off some charred food/grease in grates to see how much buildup over grate holes.

Hey Brook, Thank you so much for your sweet review and I am so happy you loved it so much! We definitely strive to provide everything possible to make our guests comfortable and ensure have a great time! Thank you for your recommendations as well. Regarding the Grill, after your departure we completely took the grill apart and cleaned it top to bottom and it's like brand new again. What our cleaners didn't know is that there was a grate under the top that needed to be removed also in order to clean it the right way so that was done and now it will be cleaned properly going forward. Sorry about that! And we actually just purchased a brand new patio set for the porch too!!! So that is all completely new along with all the chairs! It looks so much better and gave the patio a nice update! Scissors and oven mitts were also purchased. :) We do take all suggestions to heart as we always want the property perfect for our guests so thank you for mentioning these things so we can make it better! Thank you again for staying with us and I hope you can come back soon!
