At Evoke Concierge Property Management, you will receive elevated hospitality. Coastal Escape offers a luxurious vacation experience for up to 10 people, with 3 full beds and baths. Two beds and baths upstairs and one full bed and bath downstairs in an apartment style space.

Relax in the brand-new luxury pool (heated upon request for a fee) with stone surround and tanning ledge, situated on Salt Lake. Leave your pool towels at home, as they are included. Lounge chairs are situated on the adjacent wooden deck perfect for sunning and sunsets. In the mornings, brew a cup of coffee and step outside to the deck for some quiet time before a day filled with adventure. In the evening enjoy the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for unwinding after a full day of excitement. Everyone will love roasting marshmallows as the sun sets over Copano Bay. As dinner is cooking on the grill, guests can enjoy a game of corn hole in the back yard. The fun doesn't end when the sun goes down. The pool lights up for an evening swim and the fishing is still great, so cast a line off the private pier equipped with fishing lights and a covered, lighted fish cleaning stand.

The coastal chic interior of the home is designed to be stylish yet comfortable and includes high ceilings for an extra-spacious feel. The living room comes with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV mounted on the wall. After a long day of swimming or fishing enjoy the abundance of adult and children's games as you relax in the warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area opens to the main kitchen, where you’ll find all the dishes, pots, pans and silverware you need to prepare everything from a quick snack to an elaborate meal. The adjacent dining area offers a table for six while the kitchen bar with barstools provides seating for four more. A children’s table for four is designed to accommodate the littlest ones in your group. An entry console table with four folding wooden chairs in the closet provides additional seating.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, a Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Top-down/bottom-up blackout shades in this and all bedrooms keep the sun from shining in your eyes too early in the morning. The second bedroom on this floor features a queen-size bed with a new mattress and two sets of bunkbeds with quality Memory Foam mattresses. A second full bath is available for guests staying in this room. In the lower level of the home is a fully contained apartment in itself, with a private double-door entrance opening to the pool and canal, a completely equipped kitchen with a granite-topped bar and full-size refrigerator, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a living space with a queen-size sofa sleeper with Memory Foam mattress.

Please note that waterfront properties are naturally subject to the rhythmic rise and fall of tides, which may periodically alter accessibility, views, and usable shoreline.

For an extra measure of convenience, this home has a dumbwaiter for transporting heavy luggage and groceries to the second floor, parking spaces for four vehicles in front of the home and additional parking next door (including for your boat – it's just a short boat ride out to Copano Bay!).
