Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch in quiet neighborhood. Three queen beds that sleeps up to 6 guests. Easy access to major highways and only 20 mins from downtown Toledo.

Wi-fi, eat in kitchen, washer/dryer and smart-tv are some of the features of this property. Free parking on premises can accommodate two cars in the driveway and street parking. House does have accessibility features.

Guests have access to all areas except for one storage closet inside the house and the shed in the backyard.

We enjoyed our stay, the area felt safe and close to everything. Could use automatic lighting by the from door.Just some constructive sugestions that would have made our stay better.- Bathroom - add towel racks for towels and hooks for clothing on the - showard bars or shelfs to park our shampoo etc.- Kitchen - We did't use the kitchen but the dining table & seating was ultra high and wouldn't be good for us if needed- TV - could use an antenna so we could check local weather and news

This location has super easy access to the expressway. Each bedroom had adequate room for a queen size bed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes , silverware , glasses , cups , coffee maker and complementary coffee, tea and snacks. Most importantly, the unit was clean and comfortable.My compliments to the host for attention to details.

Quiet and Cozy

Great location, quiet neighborhood. House was clean, beds are super comfortable! I was in town visiting and had a couple friends to visit, they also were impressed with the home. Will definitely book again! Host was very polite, courteous and excellent communication

Weekend at Toledo

The house was cozy and just right. Beds were comfy. We played some games and relaxed. The location was perfect for exploring Perrysburg and visiting the Zoo and art museum. We enjoy visiting the Toledo area so hope to stay again.

Hospitality at its finest

I’ve never stayed at a VRBO where the owners provided beverages, snacks and coffee. What a welcome! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect For Party of 4

This property perfectly accommodated my wife and two kids. We stayed here to attend a graduation party in Lyons and also visit with family in Sylvania. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby plus an ice cream shop right across the street. Check in was a cinch and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Family visit to Toledo

Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible. The house is cozy and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms. We have little kids so the bunk beds were perfect for them. House is very clean with large backyard, with swingset and a fire pit. Great experience for our family while visiting family and friends in Toledo. Owners were great to communicate with.

We loved our stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Made for a great weekend not to be stuffed in a tiny hotel room. My 3 year old loved the swingset in the backyard. My other 2 kids enjoyed the bunk beds and snacks. I loved how everything was on one floor which made it easier for my dad who struggles climbing stairs. We would definitely love to book again next time we are in town.

Great Place for Us

The house was even better than the pics. It was perfect for 4 guys playing in a senior softball tournament in Sylvania. Dan the owner was very responsive! The fridge was stocked the washer and dryer came in handy. The fenced in backyard was a perfect place to sit and relax. We were close to stores and places to eat. We could not have been more pleased with the accomodations, cleanliness and host.

Convenient location

Handicapped accessible. Owner was very helpful. Stocked with complimentary snacks. Had everything for our stay. Will definitely use them again. Only thing was kitchen table we found to be a drawback because of height. Didnt work well for elderly people or for young children. Owner was easy to contact.

Clean, comfortable home in Quiet neighborhood

My husband and I and 3 of his siblings stayed here for 3 nights to attend my nieces wedding. The house was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have some coffee and drinks in the frig when we arrived. We thought we might have issues because there was only one bathroom for 5 adults but it worked out fine. We had a few questions prior to arriving and Dan answered them quickly. If you stay here be sure to go to Mr. G’s a couple of blocks away for ice cream. Yum! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Big and little things matter

The thermostat had no instructions and created a lot of frustration until we collectily figured it out. We discovered that the AC didn't work. It ran and ran but it never got cooler. A big reason we chose this B&B was because it had a full kitchen and we could cook our meals. The kitchen was lacking a lot of essentials like measuring spoons and even a measuring cup. It would have been nice to have a couple of baking dish basics in 8x8 and 9x13 size. I understand that space is the issue for the dining table but function matters. A high table isn't great for children and senior adults.

A few minuses, but overall, a good stay.

We stayed three nights at Dan’s postwar ranch home for the Total Eclipse. His place is nicely decorated and comfortable overall. Our only minuses were minor. Hubby did not like that the big, square , glass plates were too big to rotate in the microwave. Other dishware were plastic and we never put plastic into microwaves. Hubby also had problems with his sinuses until I pointed out the plugged-in air freshener and we unplugged it. He thought it was strange to have a plug-in going (since we never use anything like this), but I pointed out to him that at least it was in the electrical socket that was plainly visible in the living room. If either of us had been more allergic, or if it had set off my asthma, this could have been a problem. Hubby suggests that these should only be used if the guests approve having them. Light sleepers who rent in cold seasons should be aware that this home has a central heating unit with one cold air return in the hall in the center of the home. This causes two things - first, the furnace is just outside the bedrooms and not far from the living room. It can be very loud. We had difficulty hearing the TV at times. We did not have trouble sleeping due to the noise, but the second issue did make my first night there difficult. I had the door closed and I got overly hot. Not having cold air returns in each room may be why. Remember to turn down the heat at night.
