Ce condominium de luxe de deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain est idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée avec une exposition sud et un accès facile. Wonderful place! It was unseasonable hot while we were there and a lot of properties don't have air conditioning, I understand that. There were fans and we opened the windows. IT was a bit warm in the condo during the day but cooled off at night. The flowers were very pretty

The location of this place was tough to beat. We walked out our door and went on the most beautiful walks. The walkability was amazing! So close to shopping, bars, restaurants and Ajax ski hill. Our dog was very happy here!

I would like to express that the location of rental is the best…such easy access to downtown Aspen and walking one’s dog. It is a nice rental and the concierge was very easy to get a hold of to ask questions and was extremely polite. I just have to mention a couple of things. The kitchen spout and the sink handles in the bathrooms need an update. I thought the kitchen sink spout was going to break and the left sink handle in the king bedroom is so close to hitting the wall when one tries to turn off the hot water that one thinks they may not be able to turn it off at some point. In that same bathroom one of the lights flickers on and off. Lastly when loading the dishwasher (as it got fuller) it felt like the glass holder was going to fall off. We had plenty of towels and the unit was clean when we arrived. Hope those few things can be updated.

Perfect Aspen Location

Loved the location right next to the W and Little Nell, and around the corner from the supermarket. Management company is very responsive. Comfortable beds and heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Hot tub in front of the unit in the courtyard didn't seem to be hot enough, but that was our only complaint. I'd certainly stay here again for a ski trip.
