We loved this property! The house is so cozy and “homey” with a fantastic view!! We even had fresh flower in vases around the house! The kitchen had everything we needed! It was such a great trip and staying here made it even better!

Beautiful, relaxing place with everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, plenty of space. Very comfortable. Nice neighborhood with plenty of walking trails and beach nearby. Our fury family member lived it too. Seriously this house was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful waterfront property with access to dock and kayaks and dog friendly— host is extremely accommodating and helpful by offering guide to local area and help as needed. Home experienced a water leak from sink during our stay that was corrected immediately with attention to detail.I recommended an additional air conditioner for basement bedroom which owner intended to act upon.Very satisfied and highly recommend this home for a family stay with dog!

We stayed at Karen's home for three nights in mid-April and while the weather was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the patio and dock, we still found it to be calming and gorgeous just sitting in the living room and watching the water view. The house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and Karen had left towels and treats for our dog, which made us feel very welcome. The house is a short driving distance from Naragansett Bay, Newport, Jamestown and from some lovely restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. We hope to be back again.

I had a small ski boat when I was younger, and it was great fun - except the kids never tired of going around and around the lake - on one ski, both skis, boogey boards, tubes. It was always a delight to hear them enjoy the ride!

Beautiful home

Well appointed home, well stocked kitchen, outdoor space is beautiful. Kayaking was so much fun. Location is wonderful. We visited Newport, did the cliff walk and had a delicious breakfast at belles, all dog friendly. Looking forward to returning. Karen is a wonderful host!
