Mermaid Bliss is a fabulous newer home with loads of space for a perfect visit to the Lake Michigan Shore. Three levels of living means everyone has their own space but the main level is all open for visiting, dining, watching movies and making meals. The finishes are high end with a beautiful kitchen, sunny porch, and comfy beds with nice linens.



This spacious, nicely appointed home is located in the Miami Park neighborhood.  A short walk away are amazing views of Lake Michigan sunsets and an electric tram to the shoreline. Plenty of yard games and beach gear is provided to allow you to travel lighter. Multiple decks with outdoor furniture beg for you to relax and enjoy the lake breeze with a glass of wine or a favorite book.



The location can't be beat for exploring the areas dining, shopping, wine tasting, etc. A 10 minute drive gets you to downtown South Haven and a 20 minute drive north takes you to the communities of Saugatuck and Douglas. In between are plenty of farm markets, u-pick produce, and family fun!



A Note About the Trams:  Electric trams are available along the bluff to traverse the 90 foot bluff.  The trams are maintained by the neighborhood association, and Shores cannot guarantee that trams will be fully functional every day of your stay.  The association may need to close the trams to address repairs, routine maintenance or recharging the batteries that provide the power to move the platforms.  Guests are asked to follow the tram operating instructions so the trams stay operational for everyone in the neighborhood. 



Miami Park Shoreline:  The shoreline at Miami Park can change from season to season. As of late August, the trams bring you down to an sandy area above the waterline, with stairs & steps into the lake at either end of the sandy area. The most recent photos are shared in the listing. Please note that this property does not have a code for the stairs; please plan to use the tram.

Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
