2-bedroom in quiet neighborhood -- monthly rental perfect for traveling workers!

Our property is a small two-bedroom, downstairs apartment that includes a living room, kitchen, and full bath. The house isn't fancy, but it has what you'll need to live comfortably for a month or more when traveling for work or pleasure. In the fenced backyard, you'll have use of a gas grill and table for six. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood five blocks from downtown and a ten-minute walk to the beach.

Our long-term upstairs tenant is almost always on-site to handle questions you have, and we're just a phone call away if you need us.

Great place to stay. Comfortable and fully equipped. We spent more than two months during a harsh winter and didn’t have any issues with the heating. The upstairs tenant was always very helpful. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Even though the property is older, it’s an excellent place to stay!

Great Place to Stay

I stayed for about 4 months and loved it here! The neighborhood is beautiful, and the home is just a brief walk to the beach. I had my small dog with me, who loved the fenced in yard and squirrels that inhabit the area. It was the perfect place for me to stay as a solo traveler! Thank you Terrie!

Just what I was looking for

Stayed there for work. It was in a nice area and close to plenty of things (food, stores, beach, downtown). The upstairs tenant is very nice, helpful, and considerate.

Great location, excellent value! Fenced yard for pets. Terri is very responsive and the upstairs tenant is very sweet. The home has everything you need to cook, sleep and relax

Fit our needs perfectly

This house is older and showing some signs of age. The house is warm (we were there in January) and everything worked. It was spotlessly clean. It fit our needs perfectly as a second home while we worked in St. Joseph. Value for cost is excellent. Would absolutely stay there again if opportunity arises.

Everything you need in the heart of St Joe

You wont find a better deal! This house is not fancy, but super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing and we rode our bikes to the beach and town while we stayed and worked for 2 months. And had plenty of barbecues in the very ample back garden. Terri is great to work with and super flexible. Highly recommended.

We first visited St Joseph in 2013 and fell in love with the town and the area's beaches and state parks. We were finally able to realize our dream of buying a home here, but work and school keep us away much of the year. Rather than leave our home empty, we'd love to see you use it when we can't.

We know that our home isn't fancy, but we also know that there are people out there looking for a homey, reasonably-priced place for a long-term stay when they're traveling for work or visiting family. We hope to provide a space where guests can show up with their suitcase and some groceries and find everything else they need.
