Cozy Cottage John, peut accueillir quatre personnes, RV bienvenus!

Ce chalet lumineux et frais a été méticuleusement rénové et meublé en 2011. Niché dans les arbres entre autres gîtes, la propriété est également respectueux de RV si vous voulez garer votre propre camping-car ou une remorque sur le site. La propriété dispose d'une cuisine moderne, salle de bains moderne, TV écran plat, foyer et plus encore. Il est très proche de l'un des plus beaux parcs et des plages sur le lac Michigan. Nous sommes très fiers de cette propriété! Cette propriété est propre et nouvelle et la plage est à seulement quelques pas vers le bas de la falaise au-dessus, le rendant parfait pour les familles.

With some unforeseen circumstances, John our host, upgraded us to his Beach Cottage. Our stay was restful & comfortable, because the beach cottage allows for it. The place was clean and had all the desired amenities. Full kitchen is equipped and the shower is fantastic. Lake Michigan is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the cottage. The neighborhood is filled with lovely people. John is a remarkable host & highly recommend him & his properties.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and affordable for my son and I, with a nice kitchen and amenities. A perfect place for 2 guests, 2 couples or small family to explore the area and beaches! The shower was a bit small, but nice and clean!

Great stay

The cottage was really cute and clean. Short drive to a beautiful beach. The location was perfect for exploring St. Joseph and South Haven. The owner was very quick to answer questions and very friendly. Some of the reviews mentioned the shower being small but to me it was a cottage shower that served it's purpose I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The very small cottage needs to be updated. The host was great during the beginning and most of stay. At the end, when we wanted to stay a few weeks longer, he was rude and not helpful at all. When it snowed, there wasn't a shovel for us to take care of it, and no one else did either. It was extremely unsafe. The cottage is extremely overpriced and smells musty. We only stayed as long as we did because of already paying and for work purposes. We found much better accommodations for much cheaper for our duration.

Great place very near the beach!

Great little secluded property just a short 3 minute drive to a secluded beach that is way less crowded than the touristy beaches in South Haven. Grilled and ate outdoor every night!

Great Stay!

Nice little property. John was easy to work with. Felt fairly secluded where we were (which was exactly what we wanted). Yes, it is small, but we survived with a toddler there with us and everything worked out great.

quiet country setting

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. The country setting was enjoyable and for us was much better than staying in a motel. The price was very reasonable and it was close to shopping and restaurarants. Very nice.

Before i left for my stay i was contacted by the owner. An issue with the original house had an issue so i was graciously put into an upgrade for the same price.My new place was hugh, warm and cozy.Thanks John i had a terrific time.

The stay was great. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable and shower was not the best but outside of that the stay was lovely! I would just suggest bringing an air mattress.

Quiet and Peaceful

I booked this cottage and then there was a problem w/ the well so John upgraded me to Livingston's Fabulous Beach House--a 3-bedroom house nearby. This review reflects my stay at the Beach House, which was a peaceful, airy, welcome retreat. John was most gracious in making this upgrade change and I had a fabulous few days to myself......95 steps down to beautiful beaches where I could walk for miles. I highly recommend Livingston's Fabulous Beach House, or connecting with John to stay at any of his properties. My sincere thanks, John!

Nice clean, cozy cottage close to Lake Michigan!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in the woods near Lake Michigan! We could walk to the beach (or drive) for a quiet enjoyment at Hagar Park. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed including a giant bowl of candy waiting for us when we arrived! We will definitely be back next fall.
