Stretch out on the brand new sofa in the sunlit living room with a favorite read or flip channels on the new large flatscreen TV. Find everything you need to prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, new dishwasher and ample counter space. When it's time to eat, dine at the six-person table.
Upstairs you will find updated stairs and railings that will lead you to the two spacious bedrooms with solid hardwood floors throughout the space, along with renovated bathrooms, one having a walk-in shower and the other bathroom having a tub and shower combination. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
