Property was nice . Only thing the neighbor hood security was a complete idiot. My wife and 5 yr old granddaughter got stung by jelly fish and I pulled up my car at the beech to get them in the car to go to furry station. All he could do was say your in my parking spot had a grown up crying in pain and a 5 yr girl screaming in pain he was only worried about giving parking tickets never once offered any help. As for the men at the fire station couldn’t have been anymore helpful to my family.

Great stay!

Great unit, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and couches. Overall great living space indoors and outdoors. Only perfect addition would be a BBQ!

excellent stay

We had a easy check in and the unit was exactly as described, clean and roomy with a nice screened porch for the warm evenings. Locations in Shipyard are always convenient to the ocean and the pool was clean and warm as well. We would happily return to this location again. Our only frustration was with the TV's and use of the remote controls. It seemed impossible to navigate to get to network stations so we missed the US Open tennis final as it wasn't available on the spectrum channels. A playbook for the 4 remote controls on the living room tv would have been helpful. No complaints otherwise.

Property a great size

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Quick drive to Coligny out the back entrance. Will be back for sure

Tennismaster 1002 is super nice!

Hope to return!

I'm a clean freak and had no complaints. Great for large families and kiddos. Wish there would have been a pic of the kids room so we knew what to expect, we overprepared with sleep equipment for our toddler and didn't even need it. Can't wait to stay here again.

The home was as expected. We sure wish there was an outdoor grill. The kitchen could have had a couple more pot holders(there was only one) and kitchen towels. Overall the stay in Hilton Head was great.

1002 Tennismaster

Great condo in Hilton Head close to the beach. Condo was clean with plenty of room for a family of 7. Only issue was the master bedroom on the first floor had no air conditioning adjustment and stayed a little warm. Also, the fan on the screened porch had no speed adjustment. It was stuck on high speed and wobbled too much at that speed. Other than this, everything was perfect. I would recommend staying at this location.

Lovely Stay

Tennismaster 1002 checked all the boxes: clean, well appointed, plenty of room, kid friendly, great location. I've been coming to Shipyard since I was a child (30+ years ago) and have stayed in several different condos, and this was the best floor plan I've seen. If I were to nitpick, my only complaint would be that on Tuesday morning the grounds crew started working with gas powered weed eaters and leaf blowers before 6:30am. Our 1 year old likes to wake up at 5am, though, so we were already up. We loved this place and are already checking dates so we can book again!

Wedding Weekend

Rented this for my groomsmen and their SO on my wedding weekend. Check in was easy, the place was clean, and had plenty of space. Only downside is the early check out, but it's understandable for switching over guest stays. Thanks!

Better than advertised

We enjoyed our first stay at Tennismaster. This is our 3rd stay in shipyard and definitely enjoyed tennismaster the most. The Condo was much larger than anticipated from the pictures. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Large screened in patio and deck. Pool and pool area were very clean and plenty of seating.

Great Father’s Day Week

The house backs up to #8 on the Brigantine nine and has a beautiful screened porch to sit and watch the golfers and the wildlife. The four bunk kids bedroom was a hit with the grandkids. The kitchen had most everything needed to prepare daily meals. Drawbacks include lack of lights in the living room and a non functional grill.

Great value and location

Great size and location. Short bike ride to the beach. Condo was clean and kitchen is well equipped. Carpets could use cleaning and the world's smallest tv in kids room lol but definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The screened in porch was a pleasant and beautiful place to drink morning coffee and gaze at the lagoon behind Tennismaster. The heat became unbearable around 10am, but that's SC in July. This place met our needs for a family of 6, but the living space was limited. Beach is an enjoyable 10-minute walk or very quick bike ride.

Outstanding Location; Very Roomy; Well Stocked

First, this property is in an excellent location... slightly northeast of Coligny Square area, in a gated community, with tons of biking paths. This property is larger than it looks in the pictures. The screened-in-porch and deck overlooking the golf course made for a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and listen to the frogs. Kitchen is well stocked... nothing missing at all that we needed... other than a beach umbrella... which it now has because we left the one we bought there (no need for it in Indiana!). Appreciated the ample supply of towels. The big bonus for the kids was the abundance of alligator sightings in the ponds nearby! We would search out this house again for a return trip (haven't felt that way about any other house we've stayed at in Hilton Head over the years).

Good place

The place was fine and what it looked like online. I was not impressed with Vacasa at all. Our pool was closed and I could not get in touch with anyone as to when or if it might reopen. I called to talk to a manager and was literally on hold for an hour, and I still never spoke to someone. Also, when I checked in, the person handing out check-in packs was not wearing a mask or social distancing, and when I mentioned that, she looked surprised and ran back to put on a mask...apparently she’d just forgotten to do that. While I appreciated the property, the property management left a lot to be desired.

Great location

r stay was very pleasant at this location. The property and location were perfect for our family of five. The townhouse was very nice and well maintained. The only issue we had was getting the tv's to work. There were a lot of remote controls and no instructions. Other than that, we had no complaints and I would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the townhouse was absolutely perfect.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was comfortable and cozy but also spacious enough that we were tripping over each other. The only downside was the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back.
