Spend the day relaxing by one of the complexâs two pools or walk across 30A to access the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters the area is known for. Tennis courts are also available on-site for those who enjoy an active start to their day. Whether itâs morning coffee on the balcony with pool views or a quiet evening in the bright, open living area, this space offers everything you need for a laid-back getaway.
With three bedrooms and space for up to six guests, this condo is ideal for families or friends looking to experience 30A like a local. From exploring the nearby bike trails and coastal dune lakes to grabbing fresh seafood from local favorites just down the road, youâll find plenty of ways to connect with the charm of Seagrove. The unit also includes a washer and dryer to make your stay even easier. If you're planning a beach trip that's equal parts fun and effortless, Beachwood Villas 12I is ready to welcome you.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Beach Access:
From the front of the complex youâre just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and youâll have your toes in the sand. Beachwood Villas: Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental.
There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.
Your stay at Beachwood Villas 12I comes with Xplorieâs best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahunaâs Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.
An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
