The sun is calling, so it's time for a beach vacation! And Beachwood Villas 13B is the perfect coastal hideaway to meet your vacation needs. This cozy condo is a second-floor unit that is located in Seagrove Beach, just a short stroll from the crystalline shores of Scenic 30A. It's comfortable accommodations and central location ensure a trip filled with fun and lifelong memories. With three bedrooms, the condo can entertain up to nine guests.

Laidback luxury is the first thing that comes to mind upon stepping inside this vacation home-away-from-home. Tile floors extend throughout the space, while glass doors let in lots of natural sunlight. Modern furnishings and minimalist décor add to the beachy style. The living room's seating ensemble is made up of a cream colored couch flanked by a contemporary armchair. The setup encircles a white rectangular cocktail table and faces a wall-mounted TV. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a breezy balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs. The dining area is situated adjacent to the living room. It includes a chic whitewashed hardwood table and four plush cushioned chairs. There are four stools at the kitchen's breakfast bar, offering additional seating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or cocktails. The open kitchen features honey-toned cabinetry, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances.

The sunny primary suite is just off the living room and has a queen-size bed. A wall-mounted TV is provided for evening entertainment. A set of sliding glass doors at the foot of the bed access the balcony. The bedroom has its own private bath, complete with a tub/shower combo and a connected closet. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, sea-inspired décor with subtle pops of blue, and a sunny window. The other guest bedroom is a bunkroom with two twin bunks and a twin-size trundle.

Booking a stay at Beachwalk Villas guarantees a good time—not only because of the comfortable accommodations but also the amenities. Beachwood Villas has two refreshing swimming pools surrounded by a sundeck and pool chairs. When you're not at the beach, you'll probably find yourself at the pool soaking up the sun, taking a freshwater dip, or dining poolside. One pool is also heated during the cooler months. If you're up for some friendly competition with your family and friends, head to the shuffleboard or tennis courts. For families with children, a kid's playground onsite is great for outdoor fun.

And let's not forget to mention the best part about this vacation getaway—the beach is steps away from your door! The soft, white sands and blue-green waves of South Walton are less than a two-minute stroll from the property, making it easy to head to the beach whenever you want, any time of day! Other nearby conveniences include restaurants like Café Thirty-A and The Perfect Pig, beach shops, grocery stores, nature trails, live entertainment, and (of course) the other unique coastal towns of 30A like Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January 2026 through early March. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.
