The perfect retreat for two, this private garden level apartment is nestled along the shore of Warren Lake and features a private hot tub, steam room with luxury shower panel and an infrared dry sauna with custom lighting and speakers. Interior highlights include a spacious living area with a full kitchen, cozy lounge/reading area and a plush California King Bed that guests rave about! It is centrally located in mid-town Fort Collins and perfect for a luxury couples retreat.
A serenely relaxing place to relax and recharge, you will love the quiet and beautiful setting of this home. Just imagine spending a leisurely morning with a cup of coffee on the patio, taking a stroll around the lake and watching the sunset from the lakeshore. Then retiring to your private oasis where you can soak in the hot tub, sweat out toxins in the sauna and take a relaxing shower before hopping into your California King bed. Bring some wine because there is also a dual zone wine fridge for your use!
This home features:

OUTDOOR LIVING: Garden level patio with string lights, an outdoor dining table with shade structure, waterfall and pond; private hot tub; lakeshore access (no water use)
INDOOR LIVING: 55" Smart TV, dining table with seating for 4, board games and books, ceiling fans, reading/lounge area
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dual zone wine fridge and an instant hot water tap; cooking basics, dishware/flatware (including good knives!), bar top with seating for 2; complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: Luxury bathroom suite with steam room shower and infrared dry sauna with custom lighting and speakers; hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.
FAQ: Stairs are required to access this property, the entrance is at the rear lower level of the home.
PARKING: There is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle on an adjacent driveway. There is also free street parking but please mind the âno parkingâ signs at the top of the street.
LOCATION: This home is located within walking distance to the Foothills Mall where you will find shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and many fun attractions. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store!

NOTE: The owners occupy the upper two levels of this townhome but you will have full privacy on the entire garden level which is locked off from the rest of the home. You will also have private use of the hot tub and garden level patio. We are unable to provide lake use access to guests (for boats, kayaks or paddle-boards) due to private lake restrictions.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras that are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. There are cameras on the garage, front door, rear door and lower rear door.
NOTE: There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside of the home. There is an ashtray provided outdoors if needed.

Such a great find! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and she loved the steam shower and sauna. Byron was quick to respond and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. Great location, itâs near some shopping centers and a wonderful downtown area. Definitely made our stay worthwhile!

When you plan your trip to the Fort Collins are, youâll want to book this gem. The space was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It truly felt like a spa. As a bonus, I havenât slept as good as I did here in a long time. Itâs also in a great location thatâs close to stores, restaurants, and anywhere else you could need to go. Weâll definitely be back when weâre in the area.

Lovely peaceful oasis in the middle of town! Its biggest asset is the outdoor space: quiet patio with waterfall feature, hot tub, proximity to the lake. The space is a studio but very large, with lots of space to spread out. You can tell that the property owners are cooks, since the kitchen was well equipped with the small things that matter when preparing food (nice knife set, appropriate utensils, etc). Byron responded quickly to any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!
