We loved our stay at the Rooftop Guesthouse! The home had everything we needed. The check-in and checkout was easy, it was incredibly clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed biking into Fort Collins and how close it was to Denver and Estes Park.

Had a great stay in Ft Collins at this guest house! Perfect location! Close to everything in town, quick bike ride or uber! Home was perfect size for my husband and I staying in town to visit our family. Clean, comfortable, and no surprises! We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect with walking distance to breweries and old town. The condo would be prefect if it had a full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was pretty high.

Comfortable and convenient!

We loved staying here! Erik was a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We especially loved 1) being within walking distance of downtown and the Poudre Trail and 2) the rooftop hot tub with mountain views! The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Fort Collins Wedding

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, quiet little neighborhood. Very close to everything. The property was fantastic! They had everything we needed from extra bedding and coffee to a blow dryer. The hot tub was ready for us when we got there with a beautiful rooftop view. The schedule for the hot tub prevents anyone from being above you after 9pm so there is no problem with noise at all. Great stay! we will stay again when we return to Fort Collins.
