Just imagine exploring Fort Collins on foot, enjoying the local food and music, and then relaxing in our beautifully remodeled home!

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, kettle, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: The owners live in the front/original part of the home. Guests have access to the back patio along with a conveniently dedicated parking space accessed from the alley behind the main home. Please do not park in the front driveway along the main house.
