We had an amazing stay! The fishing was great, the house was immaculate, and the views were spectacular. Justin gave us all of the information we needed leading up to our trip. We loved our time there and would definitely return!

Loved the location that was away from town, but not too far out. Great new home that provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Pagosa Springs.

Beautiful Home on Hatcher Lake

Beautiful home with lovely lake views and spectacular Pagosa Peak views. The house was very well outfitted including good kitchenware, comfortable beds, and it was very nicely decorated. Owner was very easy to communicate with and there was a great folder with lots of good area information. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great stay!

My family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication was great and the home was beautiful with beautiful views. We enjoyed fishing each day just steps away from the house. Everything was well stocked and the beds were VERY comfortable! All in all we were very happy and would definitely come again.

Very comfortable and located in a good area with views of the mountain and lake. Would be comfortable for two families. Would be a five star rating if furniture on patio had been cleaned. Lots of spider webs and bird droppings on it.

Hi Joy, in regards to birds and the deck. It is cleaned weekly. If you would have let us know, we would have been happy to come by and give it an additional cleaning. Because we live on a lake near national forest, it is impossible for us to keep the birds from hanging out on our patio furniture. But for any guest, we are always available to solve any inconvenience if it is communicated to us.

Hatcher Lake Winter Stay

Great property with beautiful view of Pagosa Peak! Clean and speedy internet compared to other rentals near town. Enjoyed the layout of the house and worked well for our family. Will definitely return in the summer/fall to enjoy the lake views.

The property was very nice and as advertised. It was pretty close to town about 10-15 minutes. The owner of the property was very responsive and if we ever go back to Pagosa we would highly consider this house again.
