Thank you very much for the review. The building in which the apartment is located only has 2 floors, not 3 as stated. (Ground floor entrance, 1st and 2nd floor) For economic and environmental reasons, buildings that only have 2 floors are unfortunately not equipped with an elevator.

The Kurfürstendamm and all of the surrounding streets had no internet connection. We are very sorry that the internet was down and thank you very much for your understanding. Please excuse that this was not available during your stay. We rent the apartment only since the end of January. The folder was still in progress at the time of your stay. As a rule, there is a parking lot, also in the adjacent streets are always free parking available. Regarding the parking situation is positive to mention that you can park both in the street of the apartment and in the side streets for free. Most of the parking spaces in Berlin are chargeable. Der Ordner war zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthaltes noch in Bearbeitung. In der Regel findet man einen Parkplatz, auch in den angrenzenden Straßen sind immer kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bezüglich der Parksituation ist positiv zu erwähnen, dass man sowohl in der Straße der Wohnung als auch in den Nebenstraßen kostenlos parken kann.
