Appartement de luxe dans le quartier branché de Berlin Mitte

L'appartement est situĂ© dans les cours Chorin, un nouveau projet de construction dans le centre du district. Le Berliner Hof a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©fini nouveau ici et mis en Ɠuvre avec les derniers concepts architecturaux et urbains. L'appartement est situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et dispose d'une terrasse et un petit jardin qui peut ĂȘtre consultĂ© Ă  travers le plancher de panneaux de verre du plafond de la salle de sĂ©jour. En plus du lit double, vous pouvez gagner quelques Ă©tapes plus deux couchages dans un canapĂ©-lit. Le mobilier design finlandais et danois, chambres la structure colorĂ©e et claire. Le concept de lumiĂšre et de couleur a Ă©tĂ© conçu et fabriquĂ© par nos designers d'intĂ©rieur. La cuisine Miele impressionne par son design et de fonctionnalitĂ©.
Chauffage par le sol en hiver et la climatisation en Ă©tĂ© permet la connexion Ă  un gĂ©othermes. Parquet en chĂȘne, salle de bains avec baignoire, des tuiles et des luminaires de haute qualitĂ© sont bien sĂ»r.

Friendly host and well equiped studio apartment

Andreas was super friendly. Being a studio flat we knew upfront that for a family this is a relatively small flat, but perfect for a few days to explore Berlin. Very nice and quiet residential area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Ideal base to explore the city. Close to all public transport options, within walking distance of restaurants and alexanderplatz. There is work happening on the property that meant the outdoor space was unusable but this had been communicated prior to arrival. It was disappointing but unavoidable. We were so busy exploring that we only really slept in the apartment but it was perfect for a short stay

Quiet comfort in Berlin

This apartment was perfect for tour of Berlin. It’s close to a U bahn station with plenty of restaurants close by. Andreas was very attentive to our needs. If we return to Berlin, I would rent this place again.

Superb ! A home away from home

A surprisingly quiet apartment in a bustling and central neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. Comfortable bed. Good heathing with thermostat. Easy communication with the owner. Close by metro and tram. 20 min walk till museum island. Supermarkets and laundromat at 400 m. and plenty of restaurants around the corner if you don't feel like cooking.all the extr

This place!

This apartment is wonderful! It is clean, quiet and very safe. equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is really cool! It is in a prime location with a quick walk to restaurants and UBahn stations. Andreas met us to check-in and is such a gracious host! We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone - including those with kids.

Excellent Apartment

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Andreas’ apartment. It is in an excellent location: set back in a quiet complex but just a few steps to the bustling Rosenthaler Vorstadt. There are excellent bus, tram and U-Bahn links nearby. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops as well. The apartment flows very well and is designed to a high standard. There are all the amenities for your stay. Andreas is easily contactable and very much on top of communication. He is also incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment in good location

We had a nice midweek in this clean apartment. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen and lovely bathroom. U-bahn is close by and coffee and breakfast around the corner. We were able to use the parking garage under the building for a fee. Nice and spacious. We will definitely come back to Berlin and then this is our place to be. A special thanks to Andreas, the host, he kindly waited for us (even though he had to wait two hours due to traffic jam). Thank you very much, Andreas!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great find. This place has the best location one could ask for. Pretty much walking distances to everything, with transit less than a 5 min walk. Also within a 5 minute walk are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, all good. Our host, Andreas , waited up to 1am to greet us, as our plane was delayed. He made himself available throughout our 4 day stay, and answered any questions we had, including restaurant recommendations. Our place was filled with high end appliances, and everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return. Thank you Andreas.

Great place for up to 3 people

This is a studio apartment, fits up to 3 people. Location is great, just 2 minute walk to U-bahn and tram stops. Neighborhood is lively, full of shops, bars, restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street, residential buildings that is as quiet as you can ask for. There are pharmacies, supermarkets within walking distance. Did not spend much time in the apartment itself, but is simple, well furnished, bathroom was clean, kitchen is fully furnished, and the full service (auto grinder/brewer) coffee machine was much appreciated. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to perhaps install a handle on the shower wall when you get in the tub. I am used to lower height bathtubs, and as I had a foot injury a couple years back, I find it somewhat harder than necessary to get in and out of the bathtub. This place will be at the top of the list when I visit Berlin again.

L appartement est trĂšs bien et fonctionnel. SituĂ© au calme au sein de rĂ©sidences de standing, c’est le lieu parfait pour se reposer et profiter de Berlin et de son quartier vivant ( Mitte ). La terrasse est un plus indĂ©gnable.
