Nouveaux comptoirs en granit! Abordable est le mot clĂ© pour la famille friendly Baywatch Condominiums. Cette unitĂ© de deux chambres, deux salles de bain est lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e. Profitez de belles vues sur Santa Rosa Son et propre Sandy Beach de Baywatch et Duck Pond Ă  partir de votre propre balcon privĂ©. Des pistes cyclables et de marche, il est facile de marcher ou de monter Ă  Peg Leg Pete, Fort Pickens State Park ou Ă  la plage sur le Golfe Side ... ou tout simplement profiter des vagues de doux clapotis sur le cĂŽtĂ© sain. quai Ă©clairĂ© privĂ© est idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche ou le coucher du Soleil. La chambre principale a un lit king avec 32 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat mural (Ă©galement de porte privĂ©e donnant sur le balcon). La salle de bains principale dispose d'une douche de plain-pied, pas de baignoire. The location is great and the house is clean. The keyless lock was not working very well and I had to call to reset the code upon check-in. The mattress in the master bedroom is a little shaggy and no coffee pods provided. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay for a weekend escape.

Excellent stay

Nice unit. 2nd floor, great view. Comfortable beds, fully equipped and reasonably priced. Management is responsive and very cooperative. Highly recommend.

Nice place on the bay to swim or fish

Kids could fish off of the dock. There was a small beach to lay out or swim. Good place for a family with kids. Will visit again.

The view of the bay from the balcony wears great! Nice patio furniture as well.

Minor repairs needed and other than not having an elevator
.this condo was nice. Loved the view and a great location. We did have an issue with the keypad but I sent a text message to the staff and it was corrected within a couple of minutes. We will be back next year!

I recommend just need to update the chairs on the hallway. But I want to thank you for my request it was my first time at this place and I like it definitely I'll be back, thank you.

Could have been better

Location was the best as the beach was walking distance and is quiet and away from the party. Property was extremely disappointing and filty. Carpet was a nightmare. It was impossible to sleep in as none of the windows have good curtains so the sun shine on your face at 6 am every day. We found some roach droppings in the kitchen cabinets and the worse was to find a hand towel with what it looked like poop stains from previous guest. Also we had a surprise visitors that came to do a window insurance quote that took 30 to 40 minutes of our time and when I called Southern Vacation, no one knew anything about it. We made the best out of our stay, but with so many good choices out there, I will never use Southern Vacation Rentals again.

We love the condo and the walking distance to beach. Our boys also enjoyed the pool, the only thing we didn’t like was that we felt like the owner or the person in charge was always watching what we were doing. He was very nice but we just didn’t like that part. We will definitely go back.

Overall the stay was good although 2nd floor was a lot of hauling for 4 folks. The drain plug for the d=sink disposal side was missing so could not plug that side of sink for dish washing. Also doo on master bedroom did not close properly; needs fixing. I hoped to to get a 10% discount on my rate since the beach was not crowded at all that week and I normally get a discounted rate in past. It would incite me to get a discount for future stays there.

The Perfect Choice

This condo was the perfect choice for our stay on Pensacola Beach.The clean and well-appointed/equipped condo exceeded our expectations. We were steps from the Sound and just across the street (an easy walk) to the Gulf of Mexico. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a perfect spot! Just far enough away from the business of the public beach to where you could have the best of both worlds. Great restaurants...Casino Grille for breakfast (crawfish sauce topped omelet-delicious!; Hemingway's-lunch; the One legged Pete? place just down the road AWESOME food.) The pier is a great spot to fish. The duck pond would be awesome for kids too. It's great for couples, but even better for families. Clean condo; they supply everything you need if you want to cook meals there. Big, clean walk-in shower. Such a wonderful spot! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. We actually looked into pricing of buying one for sale in the same location we loved it so much.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in on July 2, checked out on July 9. Upon arrival the condo was not clean, the cleaning crew was short staffed that day. They did come in to clean after we were there. Noticed a dead bed bug a few days after arrival, and some live bed bugs as well. The wifi was very spotty as this is a barrier island. Overall our stay was nice, we come to Pensacola Beach every year.

The condo is located across the street from the beach but the beach side condo's are gated so you have to drive to the beach. The Wifi is terrible, so make sure you have a lot of data banked before you go. The kitchen was great. Condo was on the small side but clean and comfortable.
