Perfect place to stay within walking distance (3 blocks) to Sloan Park to watch Cubs spring training. Ample kitchen supplies for cooking, comfortable bed, elevator or stairs to second level, balcony from which to watch sunset. Pool looked nice (we didn’t use it)Clear directions and timely communication from host WillWould stay here again if we return for spring training gamesDrove to many places to go hiking, bird watching, and visit Heard Museum.

Great location for what we needed. Cheek in process was great and the response from the owners was quick. The neighbors on one night were very loud but otherwise it was a great stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The complex was quiet, yet close to restaurants, shopping, baseball, the airport, the zoo, and the botanical gardens. The beds and the couch were super comfy!

Convenient to Sloan Park and Phoenix Area

Right down the street from the Cubs spring training facility at Sloan Park. Really easy to get to Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix from this location as well. Enjoyed relaxing in the living space between the two bedrooms.

Very Quiet/Great hosts

The property is very quiet during the evening and night. The hosts are fantastic! Communication was excellent and they completely let me have my privacy. The first night of my stay I was alone and I felt very safe. Great place to stay. Thank you!!

Comfortable property in a perfect location

Had a very enjoyable stay - 40 days - at this place. Can’t say enough good things, particularly, dealing with Will, the host. Centrally located in a fun part of west Mesa. Close to everything that’s fun to do in the Valley. Would rent again anytime.

Simply put, we would stay there again.

From communicating with Will prior to booking, through the booking process, through our 3 night stay, to checking out, nothing could have been easier. The 2 bedroom unit met all our needs, from location to conveniences, and were spot-on from the description presented.

This was such a comfortable condo located close to ASU. We stayed for a hockey camp for my son and it had everything we needed - even yoga mats! Will was a great host and very responsive.

A great place in a wonderful area!

We were visiting the area for some sunshine and warmth and were very happy with our stay. It was clean and comfortable and the building was very quiet. The parking was very convenient. There was a grocery store and many restaurants nearby. If you are a Cubs fan you couldn't ask for easier access to their spring training facilities! Will was very communicative and answered all our questions quickly. Would happily stay here again!

Unbeatable location & owner attentiveness

Best location for easy walk to Sloan Stadium and lovely Riverview Park, The Hen House, etc. We brought our bikes and love the multi-use paths to Tempe and along the Salt River. A few bugs not reported to Will by prior guests were tended to immediately and he was exceptional in communication and availability.

Sooooo awful

I wish there was a no star option. This place was in a very undesirable location. When we walked into the place it STUNK. To the point where that alone made us want to leave. But then we noticed broken cabinets and dirtiness. I tried to lower the thermostat because it was super hot in the place and it wouldn’t go below 80 degrees. We tried to contact the owner and never got a response. We took it up with VRBO and got our money back. We couldn’t stay and had to scramble for another place to stay.

The owner Will was extremely responsive and helpful, he usually answered any question within minutes. The unit itself was nice and just as pictured. There were plenty of items provided such as towels, garbage bags, TP, etc. The location is perfect in terms of being close to stores/restaurants/etc. There were a couple things needing fixing/maintenance, but they were pretty minor things, similar to most VRBO units I have rented.

Great stay with all of the amenities

We had a great 3 days at the property. It was very quiet and we had an assigned parking spot! The kitchen was packed with cooking essentials, there was a patio to sit on during the cool mornings, and there was a TV in the master bedroom for late night movies. Highly recommend!
