Cozy studio w/Private Entrance (attached to main house). Includes microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, water filter pitcher, tea kettle, Smart TV, toaster oven, dual countertop flat burner, desk and chairs.
Centrally located to West Melbourne Mall (3 mins), MLB Airport (8 mins), FIT (7 mins), Orlando Int’l Airport(1 hr), Homes Regional Hospital (8 mins), L3Harris, Collins, Northrop, & GE (8 mins), Indialantic Beach (12 mins) and to the historic downtown Melbourne (8 mins).
The space
Studio includes a full bathroom and has a kitchenette (no sink). The Studio also has a queen size bed that fits two people. Guest has the option to turn Bed into sofa (futon).
Studio is private and locked off from main house. There is one interior steel door that connects to the main house and it's dead-bolted which prevents entrance from either side. It's great for short term stays. The main house is also rented per bedroom as a short term-rental.
