Welcome to the Cozy Coastal Cottage! This private guest suite is just a short walk to the Eau Gallie Arts District with restaurants, shops, a playground, and more. We’re 5 minutes from the beach and offer free parking via a private access road. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, AC in both the living room and bedroom, plus a picnic table and charcoal grill. Great location; met our needs perfectly. Close enough to stores and restaurants but off the beaten path for quiet and peaceful surroundings. Added plus: our granddaughter was thrilled to be able to play with the host’s daughters.

Lovely and comfortable cottage tucked away in Eau Gallie Arts District close to all and very close to bridge to AIA. Hosts were lovely and everything was as pictured and couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage again!

Excellent stay

All around a perfect stay. Clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend. FYI we use VRBO at least 6 times a year and would stay here again

Cute place!

Property was clean and spacious and offered plenty of amenities. Stayed with my partner and had a wonderful time, cant recommended enough if you find yourself in the Melbourne area.

Perfect, cozy place

The hosts were so helpful even before we arrived. The home is so cute and cozy. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting the Melbourne area.

Beautiful holidays on Guava

This cottage was above and beyond what my family and I were expecting. Very clean with a right a home feel that will get your mornings started out right on your vacation. Our host was very courteous and outgoing. We will definitely be coming back as returning guests real soon.

This is a great little property. Perfect for an extended stay. Everything worked and the place was very clean. They thought of everything. Walking distance to many dining and shopping options in the local art district. Coast was very responsive and had great communication. I hope this unit is available each time I come back to the area.

Quaint little stay

We returned to my hometown to show my son around. It's a great location. It's a couple blocks from the river, and a causeway away from the beach. It's a perfect location to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer. We went to the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's (not something locals love, but something my son wanted to see, ha), and took in an airboat experience (Wild Florida-totally worth it). Nothing was too far away, and the property was there waiting for us in our free time. It was great!

This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!

Nice place! We were very satisfied with our stay. The overall quality of this guest house is exceptional. Highlights: - Owners are friendly, accommodating, and very quick to respond.- Build quality: tile floors throughout house and within shower, high quality Moen shower head, granite countertops, comfortable bed pullout couch. - Very clean. - Parking spot fits 2 cars. - Private backyard area with coal-BBQ. - Kitchen appliances provided (fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), & standard kitchen products provided (plates/cups/utensils, salt/pepper/sugar/basic spices, plastic wrap, etc.)- Bathroom products were provided in abundance (soap, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, air fresheners, etc.)Everything about this place was perfect and as expected - no complaints.We only had one minor issue and the owners were very quick to respond and do all they could to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Our issue was a bad smell in the bathroom emanating from the plumbing, but they assured us this would be fixed after our stay was over, and they gave us a discount for our troubles to deal with the smell. So this should not be an issue for any future customers. We coped with the smell and it was fine since the owners compensated us and did everything they could in the moment to alleviate the odour while we occupied the place until they could get someone in to fix the smell permanently. Yes, we would recommend this place to others!
