Welcome to Island Life, where your seaside escape features stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico framed by two-story ceilings. Your group can enjoy the private pool, reach the beach directly through a private boardwalk, and relax on a private deck as the sun sets. Inside, prepare meals with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and take advantage of a $400 credit for beach adventure gear.

No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

The location of this home is great and the views are amazing. The layout of the home is great for multiple families. The home itself was disappointing because it wasn’t clean when we arrived. The patio area hadn’t been touched and had caked toilet paper all over the area. The hot tub was dirty and wasn’t drained, cleaned, and refilled- my son found a rubber bracelet inside. The pool had sand in it. It was shocking. The interior furniture is very tired, damaged, and needs a refresh. The decking leading to the beach needs redone as it’s uneven and has nails sticking out. While the property management company was quick to address concerns of cleanliness, we were disappointed with our stay.

PERFECT!

This was our bi-annual family vacation which we have done since 2012. Our family has grown so much since then. We had 7 couples and 5 little ones there ages 6 and under. St. George Island and Island Life house is our favorite by far. The house and location were perfect for all of us. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great beach getaway

Very nice house. Worked perfectly for our large family. Communication with owner before arriving was minimal.or I guess VRBO or Cape and coast rentals. Did not receive any information before arriving on access to home.

disappointing for price

Very nice house with lots of room for a large family and the views were incredible. House was recently renovated after hurricane. House was pricey for what we have paid in St. George but said OK because of size, amenities and location. For the price a lot of other locations could come into play such as CO, other beach areas, etc. For the entire stay the AC was out on the ground floor and we personally had to do some minor repair on the unit upstairs. We reported issue and no one responded for two days after we checked in. There were some areas that could of been cleaned better (very dusty) but staff is tough to get is this area. I was very disappointed in the price value relationship. In fairness I complained and finally received a one night refund for not having AC for 7 days; not really a fair trade off. I know they could of done better. I will make another decision next year and I am sure no one will care.

We hope to return!

Plenty of space for the entire family. Right on the beach. Nice pool and play area for kids. Plenty of supplies for cooking and activities all at home. One spot we all agree on...we hope to go back!
