Be my guest! Enjoy this cheery condo, perfect for a family beach vacay. Retro decor with room to sleep 6 (and a half!), adorned with local artists' works and a fun, funky vibe.
Very comfortable queen bed in the main, twin over full bunks in the 2nd bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa. Jack-n-Jill bathroom with stackable washer and dryer for longer visits.
The tiki-themed lanai overlooks the marsh. Watch birds fish in the morning, the landscape changing with the tide throughout the day and inspiring evening sunsets.
Full kitchen with everything you need but restaurants and bars less than a block away if you just don't feel like cooking. Hop in the car (golf carts available for rent nearby) and drive down to the Marshwalk or head a few minutes north to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Explore parks and beaches, amusement parks and historic places.
Pool and hot tub (open April-Oct) on site and the beach just one block away. Spend a sunny afternoon fishing off the Pier, hop over to the arcade or take surf lessons!

Please note the condo is located on the top floor, accessed via stairs. There is no elevator.

In these uncertain times, please consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected delays or last minute cancellations. Garden City Pier and several other nearby businesses close for the off-season or in the event of severe weather. From mid-Oct to early Mar please check the individual websites or Facebook pages of attractions for their hours..

Beautiful condo

Condo was perfect for us. Washer/dryer was a plus. Patio was amazing! Only complaint would be the shower pressure is terrible but overall a very great place to stay!

The place was in a perfect location and had everything we needed. We come to the beach often and this was one of our top 5 stays! The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had!

All good, great location

The condo was in a great location, close to everything. Loved the little patio that overlooked the marsh.. great place to sip some wine and get some amazing pics!

Family Vacation

The stay was great, we were all comfortable, the condo description was very accurate and the communication with owner was excellent. Everything was in walking distance, and my favorite part of it all was sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and looking out into the marsh.

Family Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Our children loved the location! We were able to walk easily to the arcade, the pier, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was adorable and was stocked with everything we needed while we were there. It was spotless upon arrival and we found it to be quite comfortable. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely book a vacation here again!

Vacay stay

My overall impression of the property was it’s in a good location within walking distance to the pier and other things to do. The only drawback I had was being an older adult It was kind of hard going up and down the steps to the third floor, other than that, it was a great vacation for us.

Garden City for the win!

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. Very cute and cheery. My kids were happy to have the bunk beds. The top bunk has a rail. We enjoyed the living/kitchen space to hang out in and really loved the screened patio overlooking the marsh. Cool views! Watching Tropical Storm Chantal roll in over the marsh was pretty wild. Thankfully all stayed safe! We loved walking to the beach so easily. Arcades, ice cream, the pier, a few restaurants are all right there. Really fun time! We would stay again

Fantastic for our family

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Just a short walk to the beach, a great pool, and a short drive to Murrells Inlet and many great restaurants. The view from the back porch is second to none! It was a great experience and the condo was exactly what we were expecting!

Beach week

The location is great. Easy walk to the pier, beach, and shops. We enjoyed watching a variety of birds in the marsh from the balcony. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked.

Cute place with great views

We had a great stay! The rental was clean and as advertised! We appreciated the stocked kitchen, extra paper towels and toilet paper, the tooth brushes and the beach towels! We enjoyed coffee each morning on the screened in porch with the views of the marsh! The location was great! Pier was within walking distance and was really nice! Gigi’s at the arcade had the best lunch!! Communication with the owner was quick and friendly! We would stay here again!

Nice clean condo

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the keypad for first couple of days but was provided a key to be able to get in and out. The condo was very clean. Beautiful views of the marsh at sunset and a short walk to the beach. Our family had a great time.

Convenient to The Garden City Pier.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and nice. I liked that I didn't have to worry about a key. I'm a fan of the code entry having one myself. You'll definitely get your steps in with almost 40 steps to get to your floor. I definitely had my step goal reached and exceed. Would stay again.

Perfect

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. We needed a place for our family of seven to prepare meals, sleep, and relax so we could spend a lot of our time at the beach and exploring the area. We loved that there was a pool so if we needed a break from sand and waves we still had a way to play outside and keep cool. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes. The host was great at communicating. We would love to come back sometime.

Spring 25 Bike Week

All interactions I’ve had with Wendy have been excellent. She is a great host. Wendy’s room had an issue with the refrigerator last minute, but she arranged another room for my group to stay in with Rachel. Wendy continued to check in with me and made sure everything was good. The check in procedure was really easy with no issues. I would definitely rent from Wendy again and refer her to friends and family looking for some where to stay in the Garden City area. Also, Rachel was wonderful as well. Room was exactly what we wanted. No major issues that couldn’t be handled. Thank you Wendy and Rachel for your kindness and last minute room change.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was clean and well furnished. I appreciated the outdoor patio furniture and was so happy we got to enjoy the beautiful sunset from there one night…as unfortunately it rained most of our stay! The location is great, a super short walk to the beach and you can even see the ocean from the front of the condo. It is listed that it’s on the top floor and there is no elevator so beware of that and prepared. It was exhausting going up and down after a long day out or if you happened to forget something up in the room but otherwise a great stay.

Perfection!

This condo was perfect for our girls week at the beach! So clean and up to date! Perfect views of the marsh and sunsets from the screened in porch! Other than the extra steps to get to the unit, which helped keep the vacation pounds off, I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wendy is super responsive and helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautifully redone condo

We loved the recent remodel and a very well equipped place. The screened in porch with a view of the marsh is awesome. The pool was just filled up when we arrived so cold but a nice warm hot tub and great afternoon sun. The walk the the beach is close enough to run back for a refill. We had a small issue with the freezer and the owner was very responsive. We needed time at the beach and this worked out great.

Family End of Smmer Trip

We loved this rental unit! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. There are some basic toiletries provided, and a kitchen well stocked with any utensil or pan you could possibly need. We were even surprised by the little dental care kits . The pool is shaded in the morning so it was nice to alternate days with the beach to get a break from the sun. My family has been coming to this beach through multiple generations, so the location was very familiar. It's bustling this time of year and offers a little something for everyone. The owner/ host was amazing and very quick to answer to any communications. We hope to visit again next year!

Great Hidden Gem....

We had never stayed in Garden City so we were a little nervous about the whole trip as we planned it. But we are so glad we lucked up on this spot! It was very clean, the description given was spot on, and it was walking distance to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. My teens loved the atmosphere of this area and there was even some time for us adults to have fun at the pier with the bar and live music. The only problem we had honestly was the four flights of stairs we had to take to get to our room...kind of tough with bags, food, and beach gear. But overall this place was great and I would definitely love to come again!!
