Seascape143, EZ Beach/Pool access, 2BR/2BA

Brand new condo listing!!! This terrific 2BR/2BA condo in Seascape's coveted Lakefront area (the area closest to the beach in the entire resort) was recently remodeled, modernizing the kitchen, and updating all flooring, paint and furniture. The huge King MBR suite has an ensuite bath, and the second BR has twin beds, and a full bath. The condo has a large living room/dining area and a patio walk-out to the pool. As a ground-floor unit, there are no stairs to negotiate. The condo is equipped with premium linens, and has a washer and dryer in the unit. New HDTV's throughout.

The condo is located about 25 yards to the beach access and maybe ten steps to one of Seascape's five available pools. Fishing at Lake Stewart (25 yards from the unit) has seen numerous 8# to10# bass landed. Multiple restaurants and resort activities are within walking distance.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the unit is ONLY available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday.

Awesome location!

We could not ask for a better stay! The location is close to the ocean, the pool, and even the showers for rinsing off sand. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Location Location 📍

This is a great rental unit. The location is perfect for beach lovers and thrill seekers. The beach, at least in summer, had an inflatable water course, jet skis banana boats and parasailing. My kids loved it. Will stay here again.

Perfect location/clean

We have rented several condos over the years in the Destin area, and this was the closest that we have had to the pool and to the ocean. We always needed a golf cart at other locations, but this condo has the pool right out the back door and the ocean is literally a quick 2 minute walk across scenic 98. An ice cream parlor and the Whale's Tail resturant were a short walk away. The condo was super clean. The owner was very nice and easy to get in contact with for questions that you may have. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Super clean and a wonderful location! Right across the street from the beach and Whale Tale. The pool is right out the back door. Just a few minor things kept us from giving it a perfect rating. The furniture in the living room uncomfortable, and the couch needs to be replaced. We also had a few maintenance issues like the dryer not working well, the fan in the secondary bathroom not working, and the shower head in the secondary bath needing to be replaced. There was very little water pressure, and you couldn’t get completely under the water without being on top of the back wall. The bedrooms could benefit from ceiling fans to move the air a bit. Other than that, the condo was perfect! Just the right distance away from congested areas. Easy to get in and out of with beach access that wasn’t overcrowded.

Beautiful beach right across the street!
The fan not working in the bathroom has led to a little bit of mold build up.
