Profitez de vos vacances dans un magnifique condo avec une vue magnifique sur la plage Seascape (située à 25 mÚtres de votre porte d'entrée). Cette unité confortable et entiÚrement équipée comprend une suite parentale principale au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu'une spacieuse chambre en mezzanine avec trois lits jumeaux. Les deux BR ont attaché des salles de bain complÚtes. L'une des cinq piscines de Seascape se trouve juste devant votre deck arriÚre. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée récemment rénovée. Vous apprécierez également la nouvelle literie et les draps partout.

Seas '2000 plage dédiée a été sélectionnée par le magazine Conde' Nast comme la meilleure plage de Floride, avec de grandes étendues de sable blanc poudreux, de superbes équipements de plage et avec la seule structure autorisée sur le front de mer étant le Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, un icÎne locale.

Le condo est non-fumeur et aucun animal n'est autorisé. Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus pour louer ce condo. Notez que pendant la saison estivale (week-end du Memorial Day à la mi-août), l'unité est UNIQUEMENT disponible pour les locations à la semaine, du samedi au samedi. Great condo in a great location!

This property was cozy, very clean and literally right across the street from the beach! The host Stephen was incredibly friendly and helpful! I truly hope to return as soon as possible! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect

First time booking through Vrbo and going to Florida. Location was perfect, Right across the street from beach. Condo looked just like the pictures, very clean! I will definitely come back next year and stay here.

Great Location

Steve’s property is located just steps from the beach and pool, couldn’t ask for a better location. The unit is nicely decorated and have a great layout for a family with kids. Our kids really enjoyed being by themself in the loft with their own bathroom and TV.

Spring break getaway

This property was just as advertised! Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Cool tabletop jukebox playing music when we arrived that really put us in a festive mood. 3-5 minute walk from condo to beach, which is immediately across the street. Steve was Awesome to work with! Will definitely work with him again for future rental needs!

We had a fantastic week at Steve’s place. He was one of the best hosts I have ever had from a Vrbo perspective. The condo itself was perfect for our family of five. It had everything needed and some! Location was right across the street from the beach and the smaller pool outback was a nice addition. Steve was extremely prompt at getting back to us with any questions or concerns! All in all it was an incredible trip! Thank you for everything!

Had a great time! Perfect for families - one of the closest to the beach at Seascape!

My wife and I plus our 2 younger daughters spent the week here in mid-July 2014. The pictures and description did a great job in sharing what everything is like. You will not be disappointed! Steve, the manager, is fantastic to work with. He really helped us in several ways that were over and above including the best route from the Birmingham area. Thanks Steve! The master king downstairs is very comfy. The twin beds upstairs were Really Great for my daughters, especially with their own tv. And when my mom-in-law came, she also enjoyed her 3rd twin bed upstairs with the girls, but still had her own area. I have to admit that the stairs to the loft are a little steep, but everybody did great with it including my mom-in-law who has some fibromyalgia issues. The view from the front of the condo is wonderful. Having usually gone to Gulf Shores, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the water was. The beach was really nice and the umbrella set-up (which Steve can get for half price) was amazing. This condo is one of the closest to the beach in Seascape so that is a HUGE benefit. Of course, my young girls really enjoyed the pool even more than the beach. We could easily get to the pool behind us and you could see everything from the balcony. And everything was very peaceful which we needed. The family room was comfortable, the kitchen met all our needs and the larger table to eat on came in very handy for meals and putting things on. The bathrooms were good and the 3 tvs helped meet all of our needs. We don't have any complaints and that's not always the case ;) We did eat across the street at the Whale's Tail and enjoyed our meal. We'd recommend it for convenience. We also ate steamed shrimp and crab at both O'Quigley's and The Crab Trap. O'Quigley's is a sports bar but it was better food, just not as great an atmosphere for the girls. We also ate in Destin at the Shrimp Basket (always good, especially the tuna dip) and Osaka Japanese steakhouse on the way out. We usually only eat out at seafood places but had some friends recommend this and it was excellent. They've won lots of approval awards. Again, we were very pleased with this condo and location. The manager was great to work with and we would recommend it to anyone. I also forgot to say that this is a golf and tennis resort so if you want to partake, that's just another plus. We hope to return in the future.

Location, Location, Location

We have stayed in several townhomes in the Seascape Resort area and this one definitely measures up to all the rest. Great layout, clean, perfect location, and it had all of the kitchen equipment we needed!

Annual beach getaway

We usually stay closer to Captain Dave’s but happen to find this condo closer to Whale Tail. Enjoyed our stay, super quiet and comfortable perfect for family of 5. Condo is going through some exterior Reno. But will not bother your stay. Will return next year.

Comfortable Stay

This unit is on the second floor so you have two flights of stairs to climb to get to the front door. To access the beach you must cross the street and go through the Whale’s Tale. The walk to the beach access was short and easy. The beach was full but not too crowded as expected in July. We were very pleased with how clean the condo was. One problem we had was the sleeping arrangements for our two toddlers. It is hard to have anyone sleep upstairs and not be kept awake by people downstairs as the upstairs bedroom is more of a loft with no wall/door. The stairs are also a little problematic if you have climbing toddlers. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Absolutely Perfect! Worth 10 stars...

Lovely, well-appointed condo. Great location. Close to the beach, close to the pool, coffee shop and winery 400 yards away, Whales Tale across the street and a mile down Scenic Highway 98 is Pompano Joes. Upstairs loft was perfect for teenage sons -they loved having their own television so they could play video games whenever they wanted. Steve was a dream to work with and gave us lots of good traveling advice. Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

Great condo!

This was our first time staying at Seascape and it didn't disappoint. My son (6) said it was the best condo we've stayed in. He loved having the whole upstairs to himself. The condo was great. Extremely roomy and comfy. Steve was easy to get in touch with and gave great traveling advice. I love where Seascape is located. It's close to everything and very convenient.
