Newly decorated and ready for you to come relax and enjoy! Only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our property does not include a golf cart you may rent one inside Oceanside Village. We are a gated community with our own security and private beach access. While at the beach you might like to enjoy visiting the Conch Cafe, a beach front restaurant, for some great food and refreshments. We are close to all shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, enjoy your day lounging around by the pool and let the kids have fun playing at the splash pad. There’s also a playground for their entertainment! Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware should you decide to stay home and cook and later lounge on the deck and enjoy the calming atmosphere of the beautiful fountain in the lake. Although we love animals our home is pet free due to consideration of others and allergies, and it is also smoke free, this is strictly enforced. Our home is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a ring doorbell. Our home will sleep 8 people comfortably and we strictly enforce this. We have a beautiful pond behind our home which is catch and release only, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING IN THE POND.

My family and I loved this beach properly. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very nice and fully loaded for making meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and kid friendly. I would 100% recommend this property. We will be booking this house again in the future.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. Their house is decorated so pretty and had everything we needed. The beach, pool, hot tub, and pickle ball were all close and there was always something fun to do.

Great stay

Owners were very responsive, more then enough space for all. I would say the cleaner could do a better job getting the sand off the floor from prior occupants, but it was an easy fix! They had all the items we needed for a great week in Oceanside, would stay again!

Family Vacation June 15-22, 2024

We immediately felt at home in this house. We were greeted upon entry with a welcome bag full of very useful things, which definitely improved my mood after battling traffic for 9 hours. The beds were comfortable and although we were a party of 5, twice that many could have stayed comfortably. I wish I could have stayed a month!

Lovely Vacation Home

Dennis' home was just lovely. We had everything we could need to relax and stay comfortably with our 2 teenagers and their 2 friends. The place was neat and clean. It was a short bike ride to the beach and pier. We will defiantly stay again! Thank you for a great week!

Another amazing beach trip!!

We have been coming down to the area our whole lives. We have just in the last couple of years discovered Oceanside Village. We love it there. And this little beach house was nothing short of fantastic!! It was very clean and neat. Everything we needed was readily available!! The kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfy!!

Most spectacular view in the neighborhood!

We’ve been coming to OSV nearly fifteen years and choose a different home each time. This one was chosen for the beautiful decorative touches and the porch. We spent as much time as possible sitting on the porch and enjoying the sound of the fountain, watching the world go by. This home is beautiful! The owner was super responsive and made check in effortless. The outdoor shower is fantastic when you return from the beach. The location cannot be beat- close to all amenities. It suited our family of four well, but could definitely accommodate a larger group. Many thanks for sharing this little piece of paradise!

Vacation

Was disappointed upon arrival due to cleanliness of the property. Nice home but should not be charged a cleaning fee if all they are going to do is halfway sweep, put comforters on bed and put linens in bathrooms. Garbage disposal had food still in it and was stinking, drains in sink were black. Sand and crumbs on floor, obvious it had not been vacuumed earlier. I had to have my husband go buy Clorox and gloves, I had brought my own clorox wipes and mop which was a good thing. Once I got everything wiped down and mopped 2 hours later was able to enjoy my time. When your 16 and 30 yr old boys make a comments about the cleanliness of a place that should say something. The next renters will probably be giving a 5 star since the house got cleaning done that has been neglected for awhile. I appreciate owners sending cleaning lady back to vacuum which poor lady could hardly walk so no wonder the house needed extra cleaning. I understand they have to be quick and can’t do deep cleans but a little more than lick and a promise as the saying goes would be nice. I choose this one because all reviews had been good however not many reviews so maybe that’s why. I don’t know but we made the best of it after getting past the first day.

Sorry you were disappointed. After two years of renting we’ve never had anyone complain before. The black stain in the rubber strainer is an ink stain from a busted pen.
