If there is a downside to this property, it was price. Otherwise, this place was awesome with zero problems and the total comfort of home! If you can afford it, it’s well worth it!

Great house

This house was very clean, very well kept up, great layout for seven people and the owners kept in contact with us just to make sure we didn’t need anything. If you don’t mind a short walk or a golf cart ride or a bicycle ride to the beach, highly recommend staying here.

Perfect vacation home!

The property was fabulous and perfectly accommodated our extended family for our beach vacation! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking necessities and it was easy to make ourselves feel at home. The home is large enough that the kids had their own room which they enjoyed. The sun room was also a great addition to enjoy. Overall the property is clean, spacious, and well stocked for your stay! Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. It was clean and the owners were very responsive to questions. The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy. Two families stayed in the house with ample room in the open floor plan.

Annual family vacation

We traveled with our four adult children and three grandchildren. They loved the bunk room! There were plenty of sand toys for the beach and the golf cart was very helpful. The was clean and had plenty of room for our family. We had a couple of minor issues, but Ty handled them VERY quickly. Would stay there again!

This was our 9th year using VRBO and staying at Oceanside Village. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The golf cart was perfect as we had teens. The owners were very helpful and communication was great.

July 4 celebration

The house is fabulous and for those with children and youngsters, the bedroom above the garage is perfect as we had 4 beds and an air mattress at our disposal for the kids. The house had everything you need and you can tell that the owners take great pride in their place. The golf cart was great for my son of 6 and sitting out back in the early morning watching the sun come up was great. Very quiet neighborhood and very friendly. Just a great location by the gate to run out for groceries and a quick 4 minute golf cart ride to park and walk out on the beach. Could not have been happier with the week and will be looking to book for next year on the 4th as the village does it right, from the parade to the fly overs and fireworks.Thank you for the great week.

I can’t say enough great things about this home and the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Moore. They’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free, and they were incredibly responsive to any questions we had.The limo-style golf cart was perfect for hauling all our gear to the beach. Although we brought our own chairs and umbrellas, we were impressed to find the garage stocked with plenty of extras — a thoughtful touch for guests who may not have their own.The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen was by far the best-stocked of any rental I’ve stayed in — everything we needed and more.I saw a comment in another review about the price, but I couldn’t disagree more. It’s rare to find a spacious, well-maintained four-bedroom home in OSV at this price point. The value is excellent.It’s clear the Moores take great pride in their home — and rightfully so. I would absolutely recommend renting from them. You won’t be disappointed!

SurfSide Stay

This was my very first experience with staying at a vacation home...I usually stay at a resort or hotel. I had a lot of questions about the process and the property. Pam was a gem. She answered every question promptly whether email, text or over the phone. Once I got to the property with my guests, I was so excited. It really was a home away from home. The property was clean and well maintained. Additionally, Pam had left a folder with helpful information about the property and community. I didn’t know much about the community before my arrival, but once there we found several nice restaurants and several things for the kiddos to do. Also, it was only about a 30 minute drive from Myrtle. I would definitely give this property 5 out of 5 stars and put it at the top of my list of places to stay again.

Splendor and Warmth

Before renting this property, the hosts were very flexible in adjusting to our terms of payment. Pam, one of the owners, provided directions for the arrival; the stay; and departure from rental. She availed herself all hours while we were there. When the need arose, never once did I feel uneasy in contacting her (thank you Pam! :-)). Once there, WOW!!! I was struck by the spendor and warmth of the home!!! This is a beautiful property and the online photos of it does not display the actual charm and peaceful atmosphere found here. The decor is on point with highend finishes. It is truly a home away from home. If you are looking for such, this is the place!! Rent it and see!!! I'm sure you will agree with me.

Awesome Hosts and Property

What a wonderful time we had on our vacation! This home was all and more than we could have asked for. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked and the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved having our coffee on the sun porch in the morning! The bedroom upstairs was a great quiet spot for our 2 year old grandson and the other bedrooms were comfortable. The golf cart was great and made the short trip to the beach so much fun! The garage was also stocked with bicycles, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc! Our hosts, Pam and Bob, were awesome and answered my many questions throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating and wonderful to work with! As you can see, I can’t say enough about this property and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home with plenty of room. There were 9 of us, and there was room to spare. Near Myrtle Beach, but away from the crowds. The house is stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. The beach is just a minute or 2 golf cart ride away. Hope to make it back one day

Awesome vacation!

What a wonderful time we did have! This spacious home had everything we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked and had plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans for cooking everything. The appliances are top of the line. Everything was clean and organized. We all enjoyed the pools, splash pad, and playground. The plush golf cart provided easy transportation to the beach. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend this rental! Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped!

Great Family Beach house

Our family really enjoyed our Surfside Beach vacation. Oceanside Village is a wonderful place to stay with beach, pools, kids splash pad and park all within a few minutes walk or ride on the golf cart. Bill and Pam are wonderful owners. We really felt they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they really take great care of their beach house. Hope to come back with family in years to come.
