Coffee Pot Cottage was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well stocked. Its location is outstanding and the host is very responsive. This is one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve stayed in.

This is the only VRBO I have gone to twice. It is our first choice for any stay in Sedona. Beautiful interior and great location. Love the hot tub and views of the buttes.

Wonderful little house that served as our basecamp for the 3 days we were in Sedona. Stargazing from the hot tub after hiking was amazing. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sedona.

Beautiful, well-maintained, comfortable cottage with stunning views, and walking distance to local trails. Everyone was friendly, and the sights were amazing. There were rainstorms and even hail, but we still had a wonderful time in Sedona.

Great experience. Unexpected circumstances led to the property being inaccessible day of, and the host graciously redirected me to another property down the street as an upgrade. Excellent communication and problem solving on the part of the host led to a relaxing stay in Sedona for the weekend.

The location and house were great. Instructions were super clear. We loved sitting out on the terrace having coffee under coffee pot in the morning and watching the stars at night. It is walking distance to our favorite hike, and an easy drive to many others. Hope we can stay again soon!

Great spot especially if you plan to hit any off-roading or hiking trails. House as described and has everything you need. We had a slight challenge getting in the front door upon arrival (our fault) and property manager responded promptly. We enjoyed our stay!!

What an incredible location and cottage! We enjoyed the ability to easily walk to the trailhead and explore and then the hot tub to soak and watch the stars every night! The property exceeded our expectations and the host was on top of communication and any needs that came up. Highly recommended!
