Thanksgiving with family and fun at parks

We had a great trip with our 2 daughters, 7 nieces, sister, sister-in-law, and a few friends too. It was a great house with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Our host, Ann was very accomodating and helpful.

Disney World Vacation

Our family of 14, including 6 grandkids, stayed at this wonderful house during our trip to Disney World. The Harry Potter and Belle themed rooms were a huge hit with the kids, and the amazing arcade room was a hit with everyone. We highly recommended this house to any large family or group of friends who wants to add a special treat to their Orlando visit.

Awesome Host

My family enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Everyone was happy and had things to do at the house. It was so comfortable and the host was amazing. She had showed empathy to us after a frustrating start to our trip with flight delays, baggage issues and airline inconsideration and it was great to know a person was on the other end.

Gorgeous Property A++ for Families

I booked this property for my husband’s birthday surprise getaway and it did not disappoint! We invited family and friends. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the furnishings are thoughtful and accented the house wonderfully. The kids adored the game room and the hidden Harry Potter train station room. The adults enjoyed their beautiful rooms and spent a good amount of time in the pool and hot tub. The property owner, Ann is phenomenal! She was always available and extremely polite. We had a great time there and made great memories that we will cherish for years to come!

Loved the house. Only few problems.

The only problem that we found was the outside glass table was broken. Stove not working properly, but good enough to cook with. Need more trash cans outside. For a large group it gets filled up real fast. Not all dryers working.

The best host and house in Orlando!

I can’t say enough about Ann! Leading up to the trip she was so responsive and even went out of her way to make the trip extra memorable for the kids by sending them personalized wax sealed letters from Hogwarts! Everything about the house is immaculate and the floor plan is made for large groups comfortably enjoying each other’s company. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more! Your friends and family will all thank you for finding this gem - book it - you won’t regret the experience and you will love working with Ann! 10/10!!

Let your imagination run rampant at Villa Belle!

Who cannot wish to pass a year of home confinement in this lovely home that has thought of everything to amuse you and relax you? We played games in the awesome game room, relaxed in the comfy theatre, pulled out our wands in the 9 3/4 train station and boarded plush beds in the train to our adventure. The Princess in the group is not forgotten in the Belle room and all the adults commented on the soft sheets. The hot tube was the place to be after a day of walking at the parks and the heated pool provided a nice swim with a chill in the air. We could not have wanted for anything in this home. It just works for all ages.

Sheltering in Place in Style

It was a modern masterpiece with every amenity we could want and more. Our kids loved everything about the home and especially the arcade and family movies in the theater. It has abundant room for multiple families to relax comfortably. The app also puts everything at your finger tips from instructional videos of the homes features to restaurant suggestions. Ann was extremely communicative prior to arrival, during our stay, and checking in after to see if anything she could improve on. This home is highly recommended!

Incredible home and sparkling clean

We loved staying here. The house is extremely high-end with the nicest finishes, appliances, and furnishings. The Harry Potter room is amazing and so well done - our kids loved it so much they all had to rotate turns sleeping there because it was so popular that everyone wanted to sleep there. Beds are very comfortable and I appreciated that every window in the bedroom had nice black-out draperies and shades. The bathrooms are gorgeous as well. It is the perfect house for a large group. I definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home, best home we’ve ever rented on HomeAway. Perfect high end home for families.

It was an amazing house and perfect for families. The owners were awesome and easy to work with. They also use Jeeves, they were also very attentive. All of the adult bedrooms have unique touches which makes it difficult to pick which one you want. The kids rooms were out of this world. The Harry Potter room’s attention to detail is spectacular and on the top floor with the amazing movie theater, another gaming area with Xbox one and a PS4, and private rooftop balcony. The Harry Potter room sleeps 6 and you will feel you have stepped into the movies. My kids said it felt like we were at Universal Studios, it was pretty special. The Beauty and the Beast room was beautiful, sleeps 4. Our kids moved downstairs for a night to experience it, our daughter loved it, again the detail is amazing. The game room was loved by the whole family. We spent a lot of time in there playing Golden Tee, a sit down Racing game and Air Hockey, but it has so much more. Kids used the XBOX One and PS4 in this room a lot. The rest of the home is extremely nice. Kitchen and family room have all you need for a great party with family and friends. It has a beautiful grand piano, which my wife played to entertain. Second floor has its own family room setup with a large bar, pool table and walkout balcony with couches. This is where we watched the Final Four and had a really fun night. Pool and hot tub/spa were enjoyed by everyone, great outdoor furniture, nice kitchen/bbq setup, no expense was spared. Gym was useful, but both main reunion building and the new Jack Nicklaus club house (walking distance) have additional facilities. With my wife owning and teaching at a high end boutique fitness studio she appreciated these additional options. The fitness room was perfect for the rest of us. With four washers and four dryers we went home with all clean clothes which was another nice perk. Overall, this is a five star property and will become the highlight of anyone’s vacation! My family’s number one memory from the week was arriving and exploring the home and picking where everyone would sleep! The owner was extremely attentive and great to work with! We look forward to coming back again and again!

Florida Vacation

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was the perfect place to unwind and entertain. The furnishings were over the top and the owner could not have done a better job at making us feel welcome. We will definitely stay again!!!

Comfortable Elegance

My family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving in Orlando and we could have not been any more pleased with our choice to stay at this beautiful home. This home displayed the wow factor from the marbeled grand entrance, to the Harry Potter themed room complete with smoke , to the outdoor firepit overlooking the golf course. Despite the wonderful display of elegance it still felt a comfortable home. I'm already making plans to return again

Beautiful

The home was beautiful and way over the top I loved all the details and barely saw my kids the whole trip as there is sooo much to do. Perfect for big family dinners.
