This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It has vaulted ceilings and a private balcony with ski slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living room is a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is also a cozy reading nook just off the living area, perfect for soaking in a good book! The large floor-to-ceiling windows and slider door provide lots of natural light.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six. The guest bathroom is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Great stay

We loved the location, ski locker and parking garage. The window nook was full of chairs which was a bummer but overall great stay.

The pool was heated and warm enough to swim during the winter with a nice hot tub. The rental had everything we needed with plenty of toiletries.

One of the nicest decent priced condos in area

Property as shown in pics. Recently updated unlike most properties in keystone. Priced appropriately and close to all river run amenities. Few hundred yard walk to the gondola. Outdoor heated pool and tub well kept. Overall facility in great condition unlike a lot of the keystone properties! Family of 4 was cozy and wouldn’t want anymore in this rental. 2 baths was a plus and beds were comfortable other than the cheap flimsy pillows! Would definitely stay here again!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
