With its Gulf-front location, the views from every window are incredible. The condo has three bedrooms, a large great room, and a furnished balcony. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten visitors.

The condo has an open floor plan, which is brightly lit with natural sunlight. Three walls of sliding glass doors and large window filter in warm Florida sunshine while also offering unparalleled views of emerald waves and crystalline shores. The living room features a plush wrap-around couch with a matching armchair. This cozy seating ensemble is complemented by a rug and two round drink tables. A flatscreen TV mounted on a credenza completes the space. A bonus sitting area has two patterned accent chairs paired with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The casual dining area sits between the living rooms, beside a set of large windows. It has a rustic white dining table and eight chairs. You can find additional stool seating at the kitchen bars. The modern kitchen is large and boasts veined granite countertops, a chic tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry. Guests may access a beachfront balcony from the main open great room with picture-perfect views. The breezy balcony is furnished with outdoor chairs and tables, ideal for relaxing in the gorgeous weather, sipping cold drinks, and chatting with your fellow guests.

Of the condo’s three bedrooms, one is a lovely master suite with coastal-inspired decor. The king-size bed has a white paneled headboard and ocean-blue accent pillows. Cottage-style furnishings and a reading chair add to the cozy feel, while a wall-mounted TV is provided for evening entertainment. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms includes a queen-size bed with a wall of windows and access to the patio. The other guest bedroom includes a king-sized bed with a twin trundle and a flatscreen TV.

A stay at Beachside Towers not only means comfortable accommodations — it means great vacation amenities, too! The condo complex has a beachfront pool at the base of the tower. The surrounding paver patio is decked out with lounge chairs and outdoor picnic tables, and a pergola offers much-needed shade. Guests may use the BBQ grills to whip up a poolside meal. The complex also has an onsite fitness center and a beach tram. The beach is steps away via a gated beach access.

By staying at Beachside Towers in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, guests have all kinds of fun vacation opportunities. These include championship golf courses, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The community pool is open daily from 8 AM to sunset. It is heated seasonally based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion.
