Nice property- spacious and well appointed. Master bathroom is a garden tub with a shower. Water pressure was not good. Beds were comfortable. One bedroom with twins- could not use closet- beds were up against opening to closet door.

It was nice having a golf cart but if I had anything to complain about it would be that it was that a 3 bedroom unit should probably have a 6 seater golf cart. Condo was clean and family friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except the golf cart was inaccessible because of car blocking garage, next time we tried to use it was not plugged in so not charged and the third time the headlights were not working. So we were never able to use the golf cart which is one of the reasons we rented the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for a girls trip or family trip! Because it is on the end of the building it not only is quiet but you basically have your own access to the parking lot! The coffee pot does k-cups or a pot-yahoo! Beds are super comfy and great choice of pillows too. The only thing that might need updated is the guest plastic shower curtain. Towels galore too! Perfect!

Great location, minor concerns

Pros: Great location and space. Enjoyed property amenities and golf cart. Perfect spot on the beach and access to Sandestin resort. Good communication and responsiveness from property manager. Cons: WiFi was terrible. Master bed mattress needed replaced. Hot water didn’t last for our family of five. Didn’t have the main gate entry code at check in.

We fell in love with our condo rental. It was so homey and loved the giant scrabble table game. Being on the 2nd floor was the perfect floor to be on. We were just a few steps down to the parking lot and perfect for going to the beach and pool.

Great pool and beach area, well stocked

Great location with a really nice pool area and easy access to the beach. Private beach was nice as it wasn’t as crowded as other areas. Good layout in the house. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels. Could have used more hot water for showers. We had a small group but had hot water issues several times.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and in good repair. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds slept very well. The unit is on the 2nd floor which is the beach access level and made it easy to go to the beach. The golf cart was in great condition and made it easy to go to Baytown Warf. The only downside to our vacation was there was a soft green seaweed outbreak while we were there. The water had cleared by the time we left. We rented a pontoon boat from Crab island Water Sports and had a great day playing in the bay.

Great place

Condo was exactly as pictured. We were 7 and had plenty of room and well stocked with the kitchen necessities., etc. Located on the 2nd floor so it was very convenient and quick to the beach. Beachside 1 was far less crowded than adjacent property so that was a very nice surprise. Loved the Sandestin community and having use of the golf cart was so nice and fun for going to the wharf. A Perfect week!
