Narragansett Town Beach is just minutes away by car and easily accessible by bike or on foot. The home includes two Narragansett Town Beach passes with access to the changing rooms (parking not included). Pier Market Place is nearby, along with local favorites such as Trio/Celeste, the Coast Guard House, Crazy Burger, and PJ's Pub. Although Kimberly Drive marks the line between South Kingstown and Narragansett, the home is closer to the center of Narragansett. It's within walking distance of the elementary school and Sprague Park, and only minutes from downtown Wakefield, with its Main Street shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Dunkin', and Brickley's Ice Cream.

The William C. O'Neil (South County) Bike Path is a two-minute ride away, with access on nearby Riverside Drive. The 7.8-mile path runs from Narragansett to the Kingston Train Station near URI, passing through Wakefield and Peace Dale before becoming more wooded, with scenic bridges and pond views.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
