Enjoy a summer getaway in this quaint but roomy 3 bed, 2 bath, home away from home. Located on very quiet street in Snug Harbor. Has central A/C, often not needed with the ample South West sea breeze. Full screened porch for a read in the shade without any mosquitos. (we spray in peak summer and makes a huge difference).

Outside
-Front yard + street side- Ample outdoor deck space. Large sliding glass door entrance. Fully furnished outdoor patio for 6 with retractable umbrella.
- New outdoor installed in June of 2025
- Stainless weber grill
-Back yard concealed by draping cherry trees, wild flowers and thorn bushes. They are shaded repreve from the sun while playing host to just about every song bird, wood pecker, hawk and owl known in these parts.
Back fire pit area- blue stone patio section and Solo Stove.

Inside:
-Walk-around kitchen with bench seat style L, made to give that diner feel seats 6 but can do 8. Stainless fridge, freezer, and dish washer.
-Living room is also has roomy L shaped seating. There is a standalone recliner, hardwood coffee table rounded out with big flat screen tv for any "can't miss" shows. Open and BRIGHT is the theme inside.

Home Highlights
* the eastward facing screened in porch/patio takes sunrise breakfasts' to the next level
* the proximity to all you need- two minute walk to Snug Harbor Marina/Diner and local fishing.
*4th of July parade comes right by the driveway.

More
Ten min walk to world class seafood (but casual) at the Matunuck Oyster Bar and other local restaurants. Five min drive to local beaches and the truest beach bar we know, the Ocean Mist. Our home is off of the main road so it's more concealed from fast moving traffic which is perfect for young kids on their bikes.

Some other things: 15 minute drive to Newport, 25 minutes to Providence, 20 minutes to Watch Hill, 30 minutes to Mystic.
Sleeps 6. We provide linens, 6 beach towels, and 4 beach chairs.

**June 24th marks start of season. Saturday to Saturday bookings from June 24th - Sept 4th. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we do make washer and dryer available. Do note, our cancellation policy reflects the nature of a seasonal rental business and is on par with standard seasonal rental policies**

Great house, great location

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults and two small children. There was plenty of room for all. I would rent from them again.

We loved this home!

This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space to spread out! Yard for games! Beautiful deck for eating dinner in the evenings and enjoying the birds and butterflies with my morning coffee!! Very close to the beach and really good ice cream at the Vanilla Bean! Our hosts were very attentive as well!!

Perfect!

Their home is lovely, comfortable, great deck, with a nice yard. Family neighborhood, 2 streets back from the harbor, 5 minute car ride to the beach (the lot fills up so get there early!). We’d definitely come back!

Lovely spot

Our family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house on a quiet street in Snug Harbor. There are nice plantings in the yard. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had lots of walks near the harbor and in the neighborhood. There are lots of spots for family to spread out and enjoy being outside on the property. We appreciated touches such as bouquets of flowers in the house, s'mores treat, and a welcome sign. The owner was responsive when we had questions and communication was good. We hope to come back again!
