My family loved staying in this sweet, well appointed, and comfortable home during the weekend of the Cape Cod Marathon. Chris was very kind and personable from the get go and throughout the entire process. Not only did we enjoy the creative, thematic decor, we also felt it was the most lavishly equipped house we've ever rented - from plentiful and pretty dishware - to the most comfortable towels ever! We would highly recommend this house and its hosts!!

This was our second time renting this house, and we absolutely love it! The pet-friendly policy is a huge plus for us, and the location is perfect. We love being able to walk, run, and bike right from the house and explore the area.The fenced-in backyard is wonderful for relaxing, and the outdoor shower is honestly the best! And did I mention the fluffy towels? Such a nice touch!We had another fantastic stay and already can't wait to come back again!

So glad we stayed in Falmouth & not Martha's Vineyard, which was our original plan! We thoroughly enjoyed our "Home" for the week! Great location - walking distance to ferry, which was very handy & didn't have to pay to park. Nice New England streets to walk & see all the cute, well maintained homes. Had a beautiful Main Street shopping area in town. We loved the fenced in yard for our doggie, the well maintained & very clean house, which was well stocked in many ways, & loved the decor :)! We cooked many dinners there & used the grill, which was great! The host was great communicating with us from our welcome to the goodbye & everything in between. Very prompt with answering any questions we had. Loved hiking out to see The Nob for a beautiful sunset as well as the Nobska Lighthouse. September was a wonderful time to be in Cape Cod! 5 Stars for us & would highly recommend!!

This cottage was perfect for our family! It was immaculate and spacious, plus close to shops and food places in Falmouth. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation. It was just short walk to the harbor and it was on a quiet street. The hosts were amazing and very easy to work with. They made sure our stay was perfect. Their communication with us went above and beyond!

Entire stay was fantastic! Communication was great, house was clean, well-stocked, and plenty of space for us. Highly recommend if you are in the Falmouth area!

Perfect place

The property was very spacious,very clean, comfortable, and close to the ocean and Downton. The owners were very responsive and recomended great places to go to. Great stay! Highly recomended.

The inside of the house is as nice and homey as the outside. Great location for short drives or walks to restaurants and shops. I hope to have more stays there.

Excellent long weekend

The communication from host was excellent and the host was so gracious. The house is incredibly clean, well stocked and a great location. Outlet for EV charger a great bonus. Our dog Ryder also loved it, with a fenced in yard to run. Would definitely rent again.

Just perfect for what we needed!

This property is super cute and cozy, a 5 minute walk to the ferry, and within walking distance to The Heights Beach. It was a great jumping off point to visit all of our favorite Cape spots and enjoy the end of day in the quiet fenced in back yard! Would definitely return!

Location, location, location!

This house is a gem - toddler friendly, large fenced in back yard for our small dog, walking distance to downtown Falmouth and beaches, easy walk to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, great wifi, central air, nautical decor, welcoming and responsive hosts, comfy beds and dreamy pillows, fluffy towels, smart TV, book of excellent local recommendations, it has it ALL. Would recommend in a heartbeat for any family.

Amazing house in an amazing location

We are already dreaming of coming back to Falmouth to stay at this rental! The yard was a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach (and the perfect size for our two labs to run and play), the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed...comfortable beds and linens...I could go on and on! The location is incredble, too - just steps from the ferry to MV, or a 10 minute walk to seaside restaurants and a clean, wide, quiet beach... it was just perfect. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect Vacation

First off, the location was perfect! Everything about this house made us happy. There are nautical details throughout and we were still finding them on day five of our stay. The hosts were super easy to deal with and friendly. This house ticked off all our boxes!! The cleanliness was superb and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could want. I highly recommend this house and would go back in a heartbeat!

The cottage is lovely. Clean, quiet, well equipped, and comfortable. 2 minutes from Main Street with groceries, drug stores, and restaurants. My husband uses a motorized wheelchair and he had no problems navigating the house. The heat/air system is zoned which I found helpful. The hosts communicated frequently and were quick to respond when I had questions. Our dog enjoyed the backyard yard very much, there were even bunnies for her to chase! (Don't worry, she had no intention of catching them!)I would definitely recommend the cottage, it was a pleasure.
