Welcome to Sky Villa located in the prestigious condo development known as The Cliff. Your Caribbean dream awaits with panoramic views of turquoise waters, white sand beaches and the most spectacular sunset views on the island. Upscale amenities include a stunning outdoor infinity pool, a kids pool, 25m indoor lap pool and a state of the art fitness room and yoga studio. Enjoy a game of tennis or pickle-ball and then unwind and recharge in your choice of steam or sauna rooms. Gated parking and a 24/7 Concierge service provides you with all you need for your perfect vacation. The Cliff is also home to Mario Bistrot, one of the finest restaurants on the island.
The fully equipped Sky Villa is privately located on the 10th floor and is ideal for family and friends. The oversized living/dining room has multiple sitting areas to soak in the panoramic ocean views, watch TV, read a book or take a nap. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has its own balcony and en-suite providing guests with complete privacy. There is also a separate office that provides the opportunity to work remotely as needed. Cook your gourmet dinner in the fully equipped kitchen then dine outside while watching the most gorgeous sunsets on the island. With over 4500 square feet of living space you will have plenty of room to relax and hear the sound of ocean waves.
Renting a car is ideal for touring beautiful SXM but not necessary since Sky Villa is perfectly located. You’re a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. In addition to your private beach with its own hidden caves, you are just a 5 minute walk from Mullet Bay, one of the island’s favourite beaches. Spring Break March 2025

We had an amazing stay at the Cliff in Maho/Cupecoy. The location was great and easy and close to local market and restaurants. Everyone at the building from check in to car rental to local restaurant suggestions was very helpful and made our trip a memorable one.

Family vacation

We were a family of 8 adults on a vacation for a week. This was the perfect place to relax, visit with each other, make dinners together, have amazing views, swim in an unbelievable pool, and walk to fun places for breakfast and dinners. I would highly recommend! It was very clean, amazingly spacious, private, safe, and great communication with owner. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great first visit to the island!

Amazing condo

Such a great condo and awesome location. The condo had everything we needed and the pool and private beach were beautiful. Normally, when we travel to islands, we feel the need to always be out exploring and although we did some activities for this trip, we were also content just be lazy and enjoying what the condo had to offer. The owner, Viviane, was also great at communicating, giving us recommendations and addressing any needs we had.

This was our second stay at this lovely property. We enjoy the amenities and the location is great. There is a lot of living area in this property, both inside and outside. Ideal for larger families or multiple couples.

Fabulous Views

Pictures do a great job at setting expectations. Views were wonderful. Loved being that close to Cupecoy Beach and yes, we actually had a beach everyday. Pool is beautiful, got in the sauna and steam room several nights. Viviane is very responsvie.

Beautiful location and views!

This condo was an absolute dream! Location was great with many amenities near by such as a grocery store, restaurants, and a casino. The views were incredible. You could see yachts, incoming planes, and could hear the ocean waves day and night. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The condo was comfortable and large. We are already discussing a trip back and we all agree that we would stay in this condo again!!

If there is a prettier view from a balcony, I would truly like to see it. Beautiful facility, beautiful condo, and both are maintained to high standards. Would definitely like to return.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time! Sint Maarten and the condo did not disappoint. As great as the pictures are, they still do not do the place justice. It is even better in person!! The host, Viviane, was incredibly easy to deal with and was very quick to respond to any questions and all of our needs! She was absolutely wonderful!! We will definitely go back and stay in her place again.

Wonderful visit

We had 7 people staying for the week, the villa was beautiful and spacious- each bedroom had its own thermostat so we could customize the temperature. The balconies were gorgeous with stunning views of the ocean. The pool was beautiful and the Cliff also had an indoor lap pool and hot tub. The condo is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The restaurant on site was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this villa !!

Paradise realized.

Amazing property, amazing location, perfect place for the four couples. We had plenty of space to spread out and have our own privacy, as well as lots of common areas to enjoy each others company. There are plenty of great places within walking distance, and you can always rent a car to further explore the island and its charm. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous!!!!

This was the first visit for our 2 families to the island and we didn't want to leave. The property was incredible, was equipped with everything we could need along with the amenities and amazing beach! Viviane was a wonderful host who kept in contact and provided great recommendations to restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend staying here, you can't beat the views and the spacious condo!

Paradise and incredible stay!

Viviane is a super host! Made sure everything was PERFECT for us and our stay. She even made sure we had cribs for our little ones! The property is perfectly located and has all the amenities you could need. Viviane and staff at The Cliff were ready and available for any of our needs. The AC worked wonderfully and the check in process was so SIMPLE! We will be returning!

Excellent location and property

This is a very nice (superb even) property situated in a good location with access to everything you need. We thought the onsite restaurant was just so-so but we were hungry in day one and it was convenient. Much better food available for the price. But everything else was spectacular and the condo itself was very spacious and well appointed.

Beautiful Relaxing Vacation

Our stay at The Cliff was amazing! The views and water were breath taking. It offered a good amount of privacy and was well surrounded by markets, restaurants, and shops for your essential needs. Booking the reservation was super easy and communication with the owners was very thorough. The condo itself had everything you needed to cook, do laundry, and feel right at home. They even had beach essentials like an umbrella, flotation devices, towels, and mats/chairs available. I would rebook and revisit any chance I can in the future!

Best vacation ever!!

This was the perfect place to vacation with friends (split 4 ways, the nightly rate was less than many hotel rooms!). The large, open, living/dining/kitchen area was ideal for getting together, while each couple also had their own space (ensuite bedrooms with private balconies) Everything we needed/wanted was either onsite or within a few minutes walk. My personal favorite was lounging on the balcony, looking out at/hearing nothing but ocean (the condo is high enough that no signs of civilization marred my view!) By far the best place I've stayed at in Sint Marteen. Definitely plan to return!

Amazing stay in Cupecoy

Viviane's place is amazing. The condo is decorated beautifully and is very clean. All of the furniture is comfortable, from the beds to the couches to the outside furniture. There was more than enough space for everyone in our party as each room had it's own bathroom (plus 1/2!) and each room had it's own balcony with fabulous views. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. Viviane checked in frequently via text to see if we needed anything and or if we would like restaurant/market suggestions. Very accommodating. Lovely stay.

Great to be back

First time back since Irma. The Cliffs facility was in terrific shape. Looked beautiful. The condo we were lucky to be able to stay in, was fantastic. The Penthouse for my wife and I could not have been better. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. We will be hopefully staying there again in 2024. Getting our dates organized. Best compliment I can give. Thank you for sharing with us.

Relaxation among the beauty

Our stay was amazing! From the ease of the airport to the transfer to the property, check in and check out, and accessibility to food and drinks. Viviane was a 5-star hostess. Always willing to provide guidance, extremely responsive if needed and her property is truly amazing. Two families stayed, including 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Rooms were spacious and the layout was perfect for also having personal time if needed. The neighborhood was walkable to many amazing restaurants and groceries were only a few steps away. The locals and staff were very welcoming. The property <3 It's even more beautiful than we expected. We will certainly return.

Amazing

The Cliff is an amazing property. We have vacationed on island many times and stayed at The Cliff several. Viviane’s villa is by far The Most Perfect spot. We were 3 couples celebrating a milestone birthday, everyone had absolute privacy (spacious bedrooms rooms & baths with super comfy beds, individual thermostats and tv) with plenty of together space. This place is beautiful and huge! All of the balconies have gorgeous views, whether it was the sunrises & sunsets, or watching the sea life..there were sea turtles and sharks (so cool) to watch every morning while enjoying breakfast on the balcony. You are just steps away from the islands best beach ... Mullet Bay ..grocery store, casino and restaurants are right across the street. Viviane is the absolute best host, she was quick to text if we had any questions or concerns.
