Oceanfront spectaculaire Penthouse W / spacieuse terrasse sur le toit, Cupecoy Beach

Ce condo penthouse de 1500 sq. Pied est situé au 5ème étage avec vue directe sur l'océan, montez sur vos 1500 sq. Ft. Terrasse meublée, s'asseoir et regarder les bateaux de croisière naviguent par. Ce 2 BR, 2 salle de bain complète dispose des comptoirs en granit partout. La cuisine gastronomique comprend «Profil» des appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, four, cafetière, grille-pain et mixer. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des pots, casseroles, plats, verres, bols, ustensiles de cuisine, des verres à martini, etc. L'unité comprend une laveuse / sécheuse, fer, DVD, chaises de plage, parasols et serviettes de plage. Détendez-vous dans le salon et sombrer dans notre canapé en cuir italien. La chambre principale dispose d'un matelas en latex roi. La 2ème chambre dispose d'un lit king qui peut également être converti en deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et AC. Nous fournissons un assortiment de jeux de société. Le canapé est sur-dimensionné, mais est pas un canapé.

Everything was wonderful! With a couple of minor issues, communication with our hosts was great, and quickly resolved. The condo has just about everything you could possibly want, and the views are absolutely incredible! Everything was comfortable, well maintained and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for more, and would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Thank you, Gail and Clive!

Look no further-Gail is the ultimate host! We have stayed at other properties at Rainbow Beach, but if you want the ultimate experience - book this Penthouse! I could go on and on, but everything was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend!!

This penthouse unit was absolutely spectacular, not only the view but the interior as well. Gail is also an amazing host, very responsive in communication and has the unit nicely furnished. Cooking was fun while we stayed here. The pools are fantastic and the other guests were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as well. We fully enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Cupecoy Penthouse. Everything was perfect for our stay. Great and timely communication with our host. The penthouse had everything we needed plus. Super clean and a great location. Will be our first choice on a return visit to Sint Maartens.

The extra patio and rooftop was great to have and relaxing to grill at home. The view was amazing and access to a great beach was fantastic. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. Their instructions made it easy to find and we had everything we needed.

Gail's place in St. Martin is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location and view can't be beat. The place was better stocked than any VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was super clean and in perfect working order. Gail had excellent communication and was great to rent from. For anyone considering renting a place in St. Martin, you will have no regrets if you stay here! It's the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

Great place to stay in Saint Maarten. Beach is down a stairwell and can be a little rough for younger children. Also not much room but usually wasn’t crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The property is very nice. We stayed during off season, so it was almost like having a private pool and private beach. It had all of the amenities we needed: towels, games, beach chairs, coffee! We interacted with our hosts once during the trip and they were very kind and very helpful. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures.

It was I believe our 5th time staying in this amazing condo and we are already planning our next trip back. The ocean views and sunsets are spectacular from either of the 2 terraces. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The host is amazing and very communicative and any small issue we have ever had has been taken care of immediately. We love the ability to stay in and grill/cook when we do not feel like venturing out and spending a relaxing day on the terraces when we need a break from the beach. The pools are clean and refreshing and we have met many lifelong friends who live in the complex. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 I would! Cannot wait till next year!

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Booked the property for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and views. Loved the easy beach access, and Gail was a phenomenal host with clear and easy check in instructions. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful property, Spectacular views

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The condo is comfortable and set up nicely. The two outside patio/decks are great for morning coffee, cocktails and watching sunsets. Location is perfect.

Absolutely spectacular!

We had a wonderful spring break and couldn’t have been happier staying at this condo! This was our first time on the island and we were a little nervous to stay outside of a resort, but Gail put our minds at ease and we were very comfortable. The beach was spectacular and practically secluded, the condo was extremely comfortable for us and our teens, and the outdoor spaces were the cherry on top! I would highly recommend!!

Paradise in the Sky!

We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is at the very top of our list. The view, the accomodations, the extras (wine, beer, beach chairs, snorkel, etc), and the private beach with caves make this penthouse unbelievable! Stay here on your next trip for sure!!

We chose this property because of it's location and the relaxed feeling it has and nothing beats being ocean front! Throw in a huge furnished terrace with great views...you can't beat it! Cupecoy & Mullet Bay beaches are just steps away. I don't like walking through a lobby in order to enter your condo. It feels more like a home to me...like a small community, yet still private.

If you like to dine outdoors, this is the place for you! It features a dining table under a large canopy which overlooks the sea.
