Amazing place! Top to bottom this place has it all. Well stocked with everything you’ll need for the week, and some extra touches such as coffee options, welcome beverages and more. Views of Simpson Bay beach, Princess Juliana airport and surrounding areas are unmatched! We got married on the beach in front of the condo and it was beautiful & stress free! 10/10 and will return again soon for sure!

We loved our stay at the penthouse! It looks exactly like the pictures but they don’t do it justice. The place is very clean and modern but the views from the balconies/rooftop are breathtaking. We loved having our coffee out there in the mornings. The location in Simpson Bay is fantastic and Simona the host was very responsive to questions about the area.

Great spot right on the beach!!! Recommend renting a car to get around as not really walking distance to any restaurants but there is a nice beach bar just a few minutes down from the apartment. The apartment is beautiful! Nicely decorated, spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the rooftop for sunset! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is absolutely amazing. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, beach just steps away! Communication with property manager was very easy and provided a lot of helpful information. Will be recommending this place to other family and friends!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. The spacious patios are amazing and the views out of this world. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony off the master suite. All the fixtures were very high end and the condo was incredibly well stocked. The beach in front of the property was gorgeous--white sand and crystal clear turquoise water.

Loved our stay. Around the area there is a lot of hurricane damage that has been left in rubble but if u can look past that you will love the accommodations! We would go back in a heart beat!!

Simpson Bay paradise

Everything about our stay was phenomenal - access to a private boat and captain, walking out to a beautiful beach, and the views from the penthouse balcony. If you are reading this and thinking of going, book it now!

We stayed at the Le Papillon penthouse unit with our kids over spring break. The unit itself was fantastic. Lots of space, clean, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The patios were amazing. Great views and comfortable. We traveled all over the island and even took a day trip to Anguilla, the Simpson Bay beach is as nice as any around. Perfect location on the island near the airport, great beach and plenty of action but still quiet enough to get away. Our rental car was helpful but not necessary. We walked to many great restaurants nearby. The host was great as well. Very responsive and helpful. The boat rental option was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was as advertised- just beautiful, so well equipped. The views are amazing and to be able to watch the planes taxi down the runaway was fantastic. We loved every moment of our stay. Host was so courteous and prompt to respond. Highly recommend staying here.

Sweet Penthouse Suite

Nicely decorated, great space allowing privacy for three couples. Penthouse with hot tub is truly a bonus. The property manager was very responsive as well. Definitely would stay here again!
