Cet appartement privé incroyable a son propre droit de l'espace de stationnement réservé devant la porte. Marcher à droite et vers le haut d'une volée de marches au luxe. Ce deux chambres chic, une salle de bain deuxiÚme étage appartement est chargé avec commodités pour rendre votre séjour confortable.
Chaque chambre joliment décorée dispose d'un lit confortable, tables de nuit, télévision à écran plat avec le cùble, et de grands placards. oreillers et des couvertures supplémentaires disponibles sur demande.

En plus de la sĂ©lection de restaurants Ă  quelques pas de la maison, la cuisine est prĂȘte pour vous faire cuire pour les fois oĂč vous voulez rester Ă . ComplĂšte avec comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, casseroles et poĂȘles, grille-pain, machine Ă  cafĂ©, assiettes, verres, etc. Menus de nombreux restaurants locaux ont Ă©tĂ© fournis pour vous aider Ă  dĂ©cider «Qu'est-ce qu'on mange?
Il y a une salle bar en granit qui sépare la cuisine de la lumiÚre et salle à manger lumineuse et un coin salon. La grande télévision à écran plat avec cùble numérique est idéal pour votre vision et pour les soirées en.
La salle de bains contemporaine carrelée avec deux lavabos et baignoire / douche avec portes en verre a une chambre privée séparée pour les toilettes. Il est fourni avec des serviettes de luxe.
L'appartement est également livré avec une rondelle pleine taille à chargement frontal et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Nettoyants sont également à proximité pour vos besoins de lessive spéciaux.
S'il vous plaßt noter que la piscine ne sont pas disponibles pour les clients à l'heure actuelle. Toutefois, les clients sont invités à un petit déjeuner buffet tous les jours à La Birchwood Inn, deux pùtés de maisons de votre porte.

This is a perfect location and perfect place for sightseeing in St. Pete! We were able to walk everywhere! The accommodations were clean, perfectly furnished, and quiet. I would recommend staying here!! We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful, comfortable, clean upstairs apartment. Super close, easy walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. Onsite parking. Nice continental breakfast included at restaurant around the corner. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location: cute place

Perfect location within easy walking distance to the downtown activities in St Pete. Arriving at night to find the parking was a little tricky since the parking is technically not *on* the street and the neighborhood is quite dark, but once all that was sorted, we had a great stay. Very clean, perfect size, will definitely stay there again.

This above-garage apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to many activities. The apartment has a smart layout for its space. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and in the middle of everything!

This was a great rental, conveniently located to all the downtown action with top notch amenities. Easy complimentary breakfast at nearby hotel, TVs all worked as did wifi. Lots of light in the place and a brand new kitchen with high end washer/dryer (although we used neither). Would stay again!

Clean, comfortable, location is fantastic! Spacious and nicely furnished , Comfortable beds, decent linens and towels, all in good repair. Easy access and check in. Parking at the door. The only drawback is lugging suitcases, cooler etc up and down a flight of stairs.

Modern Place with Perfect Location

This home is spacious, modern, and fully stocked. The location is quiet and perfect, as you’re walking distance to parks, the water, and lots of restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed having the dedicated parking spot, and the convenient and delicious breakfast at the Birchwood. The hosts are great communicators, friendly, and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Perfect location to explore downtown St Pete. Neighborhood is safe. Very comfortable beds. We had an issue with the AC upon arrival. Excellent communication with owner and she made it right and had someone come out the next day on a holiday to fix it. Would highly recommend this property!

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, less than half a block from the action of Old St. Pete. Contemporary and well maintained and outfitted carriage house with parking right outside the entrance. Engaged and helpful owners. We will return.

This apartment is ideal in every way for a true St. Pete experience. The location and parking is absolutely ideal. Walking distance to everything you would want to experience in downtown. The Vinoy Hotel, the St. Pete Pier, restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment is modern and well appointed with everything you need. The complimentary breakfast at the Birchwood is a huge bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself, and our 11 year old stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was perfect. Easy private parking. Easy check in. Great location within walking to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds/pillows, nice bathroom, washer & dryer. We have zero complaints, only compliments! Would highly recommend.

Great Apartment

A very nice, cozy, modern apartment. Walking distance to major attractions in St. Pete. Very clean and fully equipped. Chuck was super responsive and allowed us to check in earlier. I strongly suggest this place to anyone. Just be aware of a walk up. Will definitely be back next year!

Idyllic St Pete's Escape!

A totally delightful property! Convenient, classy and comfortable. Everything you need in your home away from home. Walking distance to lovely Bayfront restaurants, museums and boutiques and free trolly loop one block away. The hosts are readily accessible for all communications. The second floor views from windows all around makes you feel like you are in a charming nest among the palms. We're already recommending this accommodation to friends and family.

Great Location

Everything was splendid except there was no cleaning crew from the previous tenant. Beds weren't made, pizza box etc still at the site. Fortunately there was a washer/dryer We had to do a load of towels. But the place was very comfortable. Nice plus - the breakfast was fantastic. I would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment home.

This location is the best! This property being right on the edge of Historic Old NE is the gateway from the single family residential to the high rise luxury condos and downtown. It is the best of both worlds and so convenient!

Cool historic neighborhood, but new apartment! Resort-like feeling on the edge of downtown. This is a brand new construction with all new furniture and furnishings!
