Awesome home!

This home is spectacular! Located in a neighborhood with great and friendly neighbors, near many amenities and about 20 min from the beach, this immaculate home offers the space and comforts of home without breaking the bank. I enjoyed the upgrades (fire pit) and the beds and rooms were always pleasant. The water pressure in the house is amazing! Every comfort of home was met and exceeded. As a repeat visitor to this home, my family and I are always excited to return and it ALWAYS FEELS LIKE COMING HOME!!!

Family ChristGiving

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for taking our grandchildren on a walk.. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The weather was not warm enough to swim in the pool but it was a lovely sight outside the living room windows. Our Christmas celebration and Thanksgiving meal were simply perfect with the well equipped kitchen. We will return to this home in the future since it is within walking distance to our son’s house.

Wedding in Pensacola

We all traveled from different parts of the country for a wedding in Pensacola at Live Oak...and staying at this VRBO absolutely was the best decision that we made! The house was 10 minutes from the wedding venue (thanks Kevin for the info) and the rooms in the house were perfectly suited to a group getting ready for a family wedding. We had lots of laughs as we ate together and gathered out by the pool ... too bad it was too chilly to go swimming. Everything was great! Loved the house!!!

Perfect spot for horse shows @ Escambia Equestrian!

We booked this house for two families to stay while horse showing at the Escambia County equestrian center. It is a perfect location for that, only a couple miles away with a Publix in between! The house was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had extras (espresso machine)! The property manager was super easy to deal with, with minimal requirements for check out and an easy check in process. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. We will be booking this property anytime we visit Pensacola for a horse show!
