Cozy, Quiet FL Home

It was such a comfortable home! Very clean! Host made sure we had everything and sufficient blankets, towels, kitchenware, etc. Loved the sunroom! It was nice to work in there and got a good view of the pond. TVs only in Master and Living Room but we were ok with that. We had a small issue upon arrival and the host responded so quickly and fixed it immediately. He even brought us a blow dryer after we asked if there was one in the house. We received great service and would stay again!

The stay was perfect! Although, it rained some, the front porch was everything and so therapeutic. Beautiful view and relaxation. We were close to Walmart and several other stores and places to eat or have a drink. 5/5 for sure.

We loved the home and the amenities. We were there for a roller derby bout and the living room was perfect for our bout viewing the morning of the game. The host was amazing when I locked us out of the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

We had a great stay at the 4/2 house in Pensacola. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bathrooms even had loofahs provided, which was a nice touch. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay for our family. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay in Pensacola.

Family and I picked this place to stay while in town for a family function. We are originally from the area and this place was a great find. We frequently visit home and have stayed in multiple locations. This one was the best by far. Kevin was great and eager to please. Experience was great! Home was Exceptional, clean, and inviting. Much Needed VACATION!!!

Our Family took a much needed Getaway to Pensacola. And upon arriving we were a little early and we were allowed to enter the property which was amazing to us because we were all extremely tired because we all work 7 days a week. Entering the property, it was amazing. Very clean and well kept. The property was very spacious and my son spent the majority of his time on the covered patio. The patio was so peaceful to wake up and enjoy the early morning breeze from the lake because I am an early riser. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be booking again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt peaceful from the moment we arrived. The host was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and friendly, and all the thoughtful touches made it feel like home. The location was perfect close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Pensacola!

Beautiful clean home. Great location. Central to grocery, and restaurants. Serene, quiet neighborhood. Accommodating Caring Host. I hosted a couples night on that Saturday and our guest enjoyed the home as well, and we all agreed we would definitely use the accommodations again. The process was easy and the host responds in an adequate time frame.

I enjoy the stay at this house it has a lot of essentials we usually cooked throughout the vacation at they had sugar,coffee,oil a lot of dishes and cooking appliances. The rooms have complimentary shampoo, deodorant, and wash clothes. Would definitely come back.
